I have though of that too.
An alternative could be if Eddie(or someone else?) made an inverted version of needs image
("have image") that then could be compared to the Image Source pages. Then we at least would get a list of trope pages with images that isn't in the Image Source pages.(But that would miss pages that are sourced wrong, and pages that's not tropes.)
Index seems much easier and more effective. Any other thoughts on this idea? I was hoping that this would have had more attention.

We already have a list of all unpictured tropes.
What Rethkir suggests is 19 indexes of all pages with a sourced image. If you go to Blade Reflection you would see that it's indexed in ImageSource.Anime And Manga in the index list, if you go to The World Is Always Doomed and scroll down to the index list you see that it's not sourced, on Uncle Pennybags you would see that it's sourced to ImageSource.Western Animation instead of ImageSource.Tabletop Games.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Since I haven't seen any objections in four days, I'm going ahead implementing the indexes. This is mostly an experiment to see how effective this is at helping maintain the Image Source pages. If anyone has an issue with this, just let me know. These indexes can be removed just as easily as they are added.
Edit: Well, testing out the index, it's working very nicely. I've gone through the Image Pickin' Morgue and saw that Hiroshima as a Unit of Measure was not in an index, alerting me to add it, and Knight of Cerebus was in ImageSource.Western Animation, and Vain Sorceress was in Image Source.Literature, alerting me to remove them. This seems to make managing the Image Source much more convenient since it doesn't require leaving the page that you're on.

I really should have spoken up about this earlier, but we shouldn't index the works/tropes listed here. If anything, indexing should be left to subtropes, tropes fit into a category, how a work is categorized, when a trope/work becomes too big to keep in one piece or as part of an effort to namespace/source things. As it is, the proposed indexes fit into none of these.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.
And I've been worried this whole time about seeing those indexes cluttering up the bottom of every page but was waiting for someone else to say something, anything, about it first. Djdjdfjufidfjcfnjffjxjnc

We do have indexes like Tropes Needing Examples, though.

From what I've seen, it's an effective tool. I'm not sure how we could use code to achieve the same effect without indexing, but that would be neat. I understand the cons, but there is a benefit as well.

I was partial to this change at first, but I must say, it makes for a way quicker check if a picture is sourced or not (not longer I need to check the "related to" section). So it's a quite useful tool to bring more sources to the list.

First off, this is not a suggestion for an image, but an idea.

Please update whenever an image is changed.Many trope pages are either not in Image Source, or Image Source may list a trope in an incorrect work if it had previously been removed or changed. I've been thinking that one solution to this problem is to index the Image Source sub-pages. Therefore, if a page with an image is not in the index, it is easy to see, and therefore, easy to correct. This could also help identify if the trope is indexed in the wrong work if the namespace is incorrect or if the adjacent pages in the index don't match. This is also very easy to implement. Does anyone else think that this is a good idea?
