Suggestion: Labcoat Of Science And Medicine

I can't believe we don't have an image for this yet. Some suggestions: Professor Membrane [1]◊, Professor Farnsworth [2]◊ (although he is already in his pajamas...), Black Mesa scientist [3]◊ [4], or just any picture from Google Images.

Farnsworth is good. Here's some options from House: 1◊, 2◊ (would need to be cropped), 3◊ (could be cropped to feature either Chase or Cameron or just size-reduced to have them both)

House examples are good. It's hard to go wrong with this trope.

I like the Farnsworth one because he's doing something stereotypically "science-y" (Working with chemicals). It also shrinks well.

I'm uploading Professor Farnsworth, since he seems to be a popular suggestion. This image was originally a .jpg, but I cleaned up the artifacts.

I wish I could find a good image of Greg from one of the early seasons of CSI, when he was the trace evidence guy. The labcoat set him apart from the field investigators, as a "science guy". Or maybe Abby, from NCIS

I can get permission from Sigeel for use and removal of the watermark (or use the WIP thumbnail in the description) if others think it's a good option.

Oh, my god, I recognize him from Absent-Minded Professor. Although I think the blood stains may suggest other tropes. I'd prefer a straighter example.

First isn't bad, although it might be problematic as a page pic, even cropped. Not crazy about the second.

From the suggestions I like Professor Farnsworth best.

I wouldn't mind something live action. I've found these: CSI_1◊ and CSI_2◊.

I think I like 3.3.Chase best. There's a distinct lack of need for any special clothing there (true for most images, but more obvious there).

I really like both of those...and, honestly, more and more I'm of the opinion that if we can find a good photographic page pic, we should use it whenever possible, especially if it's for a work that isn't as overdosed as Simpsons or Futurama.

I wouldn't mind one of the ones from 12 if someone found a slightly bigger version.

GIS didn't turn up anything bigger for either that wasn't artifacted to hell.

3.3 cropped around Chase. Not resized.

I don't know, I still think a pic of whoever actually working on something in the lab would be better.

I don't like the Chase picture much. Sure, nowadays everybody knows he's a doctor, but he's not doing anything medical or science-y in the picture.

But if he looks like a scientist anyway, solely on the basis of the labcoat...

The crop of Chase would make more sense with the board included so it actually looks like he's involved with a diagnosis.

That pizza looks incredibly sciencey now.

I like the Mythbusters CSI pic, but I'd like a version without the bug in the corner. Adam's hazmat suit in the other is distracting from the trope.
