Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

In Case of X, Break Glass, with no examples. I've messaged the creating troper.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanProtagonist Title had five hats; however, I believe there are examples that don't belong there. I'm not sure if I should take this here or another thread.
My specific issue is with examples such as Green Lantern, whose name is not Green Lantern; Iron Man, whose name is Tony Stark; and Leisure Suit Larry, whose name is Larry Laffer. It should be noted that Harry Potter was denied as an example on the grounds that the titles are not simply Harry's name but "[Name] and the [Noun]".
As anyone will be able to see, I tried bringing up the facts that titles are not the same as protagonist names and that with too much overlap with Character Title the trope might as well have been Character Title.
Again, I'm not sure if I should bring this here or some other thread. If anyone can point me in the correct direction, that would be very much appreciated. If anybody thinks this is a non-issue or that I'm wrong in what I'm saying, I would also appreciate someone saying something.

Misuse can always be removed, freely.
Bottle Slosh Of Foreboding was done without a YKTTW and with only one example.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI just didn't want to look like I was actively against this trope or something.
Dun Dun, I would agree with you regarding Protagonist Title.
And bringing up Fire Purifies. It was a YKTTW which I had created from a TRS thread, but in the business of my final year of school I more or less abandoned it. It was launched recently; it had zero hats and some aspects of the description/trope were still under discussion. I'm thinking of asking for an unlaunch, but I wanted to see if other people think it's necessary.
Re Fire Purifies: No, but some crosswicking would be nice.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanStreaking. Overlap with Naked People Are Funny, but not exactly the same thing. The page needs formatting help first and foremost.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I would recommend sending Streaking to YKTTW; its description needs expansion to cover more than just a definition of streaking and it could use more examples.
Also, any other opinions on Fire Purifies? Currently, Septimus and I have opposite positions, and we're the only ones who have weighed in.
RE Fire Purifies: The description could use some refinement, but does that really merit unlaunching?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Radock.Radock - what is this?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanLooks like something that should be on Web Video trying to be Self-Demonstrating. Unfortunately for the page, it claims to be a trope instead of a work or Creator persona. I say cut it.
I agree with cutting it.
Tenzing Norgay Sherpa. It's a page about the Sherpa who climbed Mount Everest for the first time with Sir Edmund Hillary, if you don't know who he is.
I'd like to propose cutting it, since a) he's not related to media, b) he's not used frequently enough as Historical Domain Character to justify a Useful Notes (and it's in the wrong namespace anyway), c) the trope entries are almost all misuse or gushing and d) the page name is incorrect - his name is Tenzing Norgay, and "Sherpa" is just his ethnicity.

A genius, a philosopher, an abstract thinkerI have to agree with the previous comment.
Also, what is JerkassScale.Sonic For Hire about?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSome sort of Just for Fun project, I guess?
A genius, a philosopher, an abstract thinkerA new page: BasharAl-Assad. Wrong name (no more hyphens, please) and namespace aside, is it really a good idea to have that?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCutlist and don't recreate. Go to Wikipedia for that page. It won't ever even have an "in fiction" section as, say, Barack Obama does.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.New page: Running into the Window.
I think it's too narrow a name, since I can think of at least two instinces (from Friends and Police Academy) where someone tries to throw something out a window, only to find it closed.
Both are the essence of the trope, but as written, don't fit.
It had one hat, could use a better description, and—as already pointed out—could use a better name. I say unlaunch.
Those Who Dare Impersonate The Dead has some need of fixing in the example section.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe Gaddafi page was able to find quite a bit of media on him, and the civil war as well. The Assad page is meant to simply keep up the format for the Arab Spring, which is also generating its own media. Media specific to Assad will be generated with time, as nearly all conflicts are wont to do.
Admittedly the title dash was a mistake...
Tenzing Norgay Sherpa: Agree with cutting.
JerkassScale.Sonic For Hire: Looks like a Just for Fun things, so I think it would be okay to leave it alone.
Bashar Al-Assad: I don't really see a need for it at the moment. If he starts showing up in media, then there would be a case for it.
Running into the Window: Support unlaunching.
Those Who Dare Impersonate The Dead: Cut and send to YKKTW. I think it's possibly a legitimate trope, but it needs help.

Note: There is a discussion about this topic here.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThose Who Dare Impersonate The Dead doesn't seem to have a YKTTW archive.
Did it even go through YKTTW or did Agent Sniff just start it?
