- Personality: Antonin is a very direct, yet polite man. He understands Chain of Command, and knows that one should respect the Chain. And the natural order of things. Antonin understands that what's right and what's nice are completely separate things, and that he does the right thing more than he does the nice thing. He tries to compensate with niceness when he can, though.
- Bio: Antonin's parents were both factory machinists out in Mama Roma, who worked tirelessly to provide the brave soldiers of Mussolini with the finest of weaponry. Antonin grew up around these instruments of murder, and quickly learned about what it meant to be in the Romani family: you are lower class, you are safe and comfortable here, and you should do as you're told. Antonin actually took pretty well to this, and as he grew older quickly gained renown as a large, strong man. Children paid him to beat up bullies, he helped flip cars when they tipped, and he would take cats out of trees... by removing the tree. It was only natural that he'd get recommended to join La Cosa Nostra after beating the Union Busters senseless in a protest gone wrong. So, he shipped off to America at the ripe age of 20, ready to embrace the world with a fist in one hand and an SMG in the other!
- Equipment: A thick kevlar vest, a finely crafted WW 2-era SMG with bullets to match, and a pair of Brass Knuckles. And a car, a 1990 Buick.

- Occupation: Drug Dealer
- Personality: Megan is a very laid-back and easy-going woman, who loves a good party and a cool drink on the beach. She is very friendly and easy-going, unless you happen to be a member of the Capulet Family.
- Bio: Born to a working-class Chinese family in Verona Beach, Megan Chan did fairly well in school, but instead of going to college, she pursued a different path. Deciding to pay off a debt her father had to the Montague Family, Megan began to work for them as a small-time pot dealer. Her calm and friendly demeanor attracted many customers and earned her a place as a close and trusted associate of the Montague Family.
- Equipment: Megan doesn't carry too many weapons, but she always has a pocket knife and pepper spray on her at all times, and a pistol in the glove box of her car, a 2003 Ford Taurus convertible. She also has a cell phone.

- Appearance: This◊; six-foot three and 220 pounds.
- Faction: Verona Beach Police Department
- Occupation: Formerly a lumberjack, currently a cop.
- Personality: While by no means is he a dimwit, he is rather simple and straightforward.
- Bio: Lars was just a regular lumberjack until one day, his sister was murder/suicided by her asshole husband, despite her having gotten a restraining order on the guy. He decided that from that day on, he would be a member of law enforcement and try to set the world right. However, that usually includes being a somewhat dirty cop beating the shit out of scumbags.
- Equipment:
- A steel single-bitted felling axe strapped to his back in the same manner a Samurai or Ninja would have a sword.
- Regular cop gear like a Utility Belt. His service weapon is a 9mm Glock 17.
- His service vehicle is a 2010 Ford F-150. Aside from the usual cop stuff, it also has an extra ax for backup, and a few small throwing hatchets attached to a Badass Bandolier for when duty calls.

- Name: Bill Marr
- Age: 53
- Gender: M
- Appearance: Short but muscular. Had black hair with small beady eyes but now his hair is white at the temples like Mr. Fantastic. He wears a plain purple shirt with blue jeans and well worn tennis shoes with a Star Wars baseball cap.
- Faction: Unaligned
- Occupation: None, he is homeless
- Personality: Friendly to all and pretty well connected because of it. He is scrappy in a fight and loves himself a good brawl. He won't steal or be a killer no matter how desperate a situation is, though.
- Bio: Never popular in school, Bill Marr wanted to make something of his life so after high school, he joined the Army. He served for eight years until he was injured and he developed a severe limp in his left leg. He was honorably discharged after refusing a desk job and has now returned to his hometown Verona to beg and live on the streets. He still maintains contact with numerous Army officers stationed in Verona and he is quite popular with civillians too.
- Equipment: Nothing but the clothes on his back, and sleeping bag, and a metal pipe that he uses if someone tries and mugs him.

- Personality: Sherman is stern yet benevolent, very frank but also very friendly. Intelligent—some have said too intelligent for his own good—and not entirely above bashing heads in if it ever came to that.
- Bio: The grandson of Filipino immigrants, Sherman Joseph Cabrera joined the Army after graduating in International Studies, taking OCS as opposed to being a DCO. Earning his captaincy during his last tour in Iraq, he was offered a post as an intelligence officer after his CO reviewed his file. For him, that meant a desk job back home, where he could visit family every now and then.
- Equipment: In the base, he usually carries an M9 to match the uniform. In his off-base residence, he maintains an M1911A1 and an AKM he took home as war booty. His personal vehicle is a 2009 Mitsubishi Pajero, where he keeps his bayonet. He carries a cell phone with him at all times.

Welcome to Verona Beach, a modern-day metropolis with a mix of American and Japanese influences presumably located in the West Coast. The city is ruled by four gangs: The Montague Family, The Capulet Family, The Escalus Family, and The Weird Sisters, and is both a Vice City and a City of Adventure. Influenced heavily by both Shakespeare and Grand Theft Auto, with a bit of Anime thrown in for good measure, Street Quest is all about trying to make it big in Verona Beach and going from Rags to Riches.
You can be a member of the four gangs, an independent crook, a loose cannon cop, a public servant, or just an ordinary civilian in Verona Beach, and the whole RP takes cues from the Wide-Open Sandbox games, especially Grand Theft Auto and Saints Row.
The City of Verona Beach is a unique metropolis divided into many districts. Both a Vice City and a City of Adventure, Verona Beach is split into the following districts....
