Actually it's more of a Four-Temperament Ensemble since the fifth member doesn't really do much action as he is the Kid-Appeal Character and pilot of the group's ship (and his Power Armor leaves much to be desired). So I need something to occupy the fourth member of the group!

The group is more of a mix of Power Armor with slight Henshin Hero overtones who are aliens saving Earth from an impending invasion!

First is The Hero - The Melancholic leader of the group, not necessarily a Jack of All Trades but more of a Mighty Glacier, a trustworthy leader with some minor personal angst

Second is The Action Girl - The Sanguine second-in-command who is very outreaching and preppy, more of a Fragile Speedster as she is quick on her feet and enjoys Guns Akimbo

Third is The Smart Guy - The Lancer of the team and is The Casanova to boot, enjoys trying to hit it on with the second and fourth members, and maybe other females, as well as opting for other suggestions that the leader dictates, he is a master of pocket turrets

Fifth is The Tagalong Kid - The Kid-Appeal Character, younger brother of the leader who is good at piloting the ship, therefore he isn't brought along at dangerous fights, and not to mention his Power Armor is very basic; is open minded about Earth culture and is more interested in learning about stuff there

So now the question is, what is the ideal fourth character? Of course, the fourth member is a female.

Eh, my suggestion would be...

Fourth Character: The Big Guy. A So Beautiful, It's a Curse tomboy-ish woman who has a naturally violent personality. Her looks makes people around her overprotective, and isn't viewed as a 'warrior' that she wants to be viewed as. Violent, bad tempered, rebellious, and pessimistic, she doubts strangers, yet does not trust friends. Her main weapons would be hammers, lot's of them. And a huge one as a main weapon as well.

Well, made up on the spot, so not sure if it works.

So essentially a Lad-ette then?

Oh wow, didn't knew that trope exists. But yeah, a Ladette, basically.

Maybe I'll mix it up then - she'll be like the Combat Medic The Big Guy Lad-ette?

Go ahead. After all, it's only a suggestion from me.

H'm; I like this idea. One thing I pride myself on as a writer is the ability to balance groups of characters well, and this suggestion for no. 4 seems to me to fit in excellently with the rest of the Band. (Also, I want to read this).

Perhaps, also, she could be the crew's voice of reason, telling the truth in a blunt and direct manner when necessary? That just seems to fit for some reason (and helps 2 contrast to 4 a bit further).

[up][up]The suggestion is really good though.

[up]Thanks, it's just story ideas before I mesh them together.

And yeah, her being the voice of reason is a nice contrast: Action Girl is a bit too gun-ho, Smart Guy is busy flirting, and Tagalong Kid is a bit too naive, so yeah she fits well on that criteria! I also think to hammer her The Big Guy status, a BFG should be a fine weapon for her.

Well, glad to help. Do send me a link for the story when it's done. It sounds interesting to me enough.

Thanks. And well, I'm not sure if I could write it hahahaha.

Also the Tagalong Kid isn't much of a combat specialist. He does die towards the end of the first "season", and gets revived from the death as an assimilated robot.
