Crossovers you wished had more fanfics.

Pacific Rim X anything kaiju/toku that isn't the new Godzilla movie.

I had a Persona/Dresden Files fic going. I ended up putting it on semi-permanent hiatus for lack of inspiration to write first person Dresden. Last i checked it was the only one on FF.

Pokemon and Digimon have a lot of unused potential

Assassin's Creed and Star Wars. Just imagine the Eagle sense as force abilities, and Assassins with lightsabers. (Heck, the Assassin Brotherhood could be a third party group with force sensitives with the same general operations as in the AC series, and with a focus on stealth and concealment. Work in the Dark to serve the Light, after all)

Madoka, Sailor Moon, and Pretty Cure are my superwholock.

Ronin warriors and sailor moon, do I even have to explain this one? The animes are some much alike it just downright scary and awesome at the same time. Either SM animes would work but the crystal version would be a better fit due to it being more darker and serious like RW. In SMC when battling the dark moon family 3 of sailors get capture leaving moon, venus and a worthless tuxedo mask to save them. In the second half of RW 3 of the ronin get capture by the dynasty leaving ryo, rowen and Anubis who is not worthless to save them too. Told you these shows were alike.

Evangelion and Gunbuster, mainly because Shinji could really use a true friend, and what better one than Noriko?

Or we talking about the same guy that had friends but push them all away when he started acting like ungrateful brat? The same violent kid who try to kill his own father? The same creep who had a true friend name kensuke that try to help him and tell him to be more grateful to people all around him only to turn his back on him cause he was telling the truth? The same guy who treated his female pilots like crap including vile like things to his own roommate!? Are you for real? If he could not get along whit anyone in eva what make anyone think he can get along whit anyone in another anime full of hot blooded female pilots?

i think Nanoha Force and Sailor Moon would go fine together

Civilization: Beyond Earth or Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and Mass Effect. There are two fics on FF.net right now and neither are very well-written. It interests me because Mass Effect is very much a No Transhumanism Allowed setting while in Beyond Earth (except for Purity) or Alpha Centauri humanity has had to resort to transhumanism to survive.

Animorphs and Mass Effect with Animorphs taking place when it does in canon. Which means it'll happen about 200 years before the First Contact War. It would make for a crazy political/wartime drama as instead of it being one species trying to play nice (or not so nice) with the Council races, it would be all the Animorphs aliens (none of whom have Proethian tech) having to figure out how to respond to the Council races.

Bleach and Evangelion. Body Horror and Body Horror, mixed in one big spiritual soup.

Oban Star Racers and Star Wars. you KNOW how this crossover is gonna turn out(Whizzing Arrrow III vs Anakin's Pod Racer)

Monk and Columbo.

MCU/XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Or, really, anything that deals with alien invasions and the MCU. Either in what Loki brings instead of Chitauri, or something that helps prepare Earth for them; or even something after the Chitauri come, just to escalate the invasion due to how prepared Earth is for it.

William Gibson and Neal Stephenson's universes. (I've got a badass idea for a cross-over fic, but I'm not going to start it for a while. Unless Inkitt does a crossover contest.)

Star Treks Voyager and DS 9. They have some crossover fics, but not enough.

Any combination of my favorite film noir classics. (Casablanca, Maltese Falcon, Mask of Dimitrios, The Roaring 20s, Arsenic and Old Lace, etc.)

Cool World/Rodger Rabbit (but real crossovers, not just Jessica/Holi slash)

Star Wars: Expanded Universe/Star Wars: Force Awakens universe (maybe there are some, I should actually go look)

Star Wars x Universal Century-timeline Gundam.

You could even have Newtypism as a form of Force-sensitivity.

I would really like a RWBY and Bloodborne crossover. It's not as outlandish as it sounds - hunters and huntresses, some good and some evil, all with ridiculous transforming weapons?

Mass Effect and Independence Day.

ff.net shows only two such crossovers, and both have been abandoned in their infancy. Though, I suspect that one ID 2 hits cinemas, a few new ones will appear. Actually, I think the preview already has enough materials to start - even if nothing much is known about ID alien invaders or their tech.

I'm gonna go super obscure here and say it'd be really nice to read a crossover between Lifeline and Monstrumologist if only for the great opportunities for creepiness it offers. I'd go in for Monstrumologist vs Bloodborne, too.

Oh, and apparently RWBY/Bloodborne is actually a pretty popular crossover? I'm honestly so glad.

Okay, I know I just posted, but something hit me last night and I have to share it with everyone.

A robot with a human mind must deal with the destroyed world around them years after an apocalyptic event takes place and everyone they know and love is gone - along with nearly all of humanity.

Am I talking about the premise of SOMA or the somewhat hidden story behind Cytus? That's the real question.

I'm not sure if it is an actual crossover, but I would like to see more Pokemon mixed with zombies. The only one I know of is Carnage Necropolis, thanks to Fanfic Recommendations here on TV Tropes.

Warhammer Fantasy and RWBY. I found one crossover fanfic but it was mostly comedy. I would like to see one with action and adventure.

Resident Evil and The Division.

Lot of good story ideas that can be mined.
