Just finished reading: Good Omens.
Still in the middle of: A Novelization Of The Film Ten by Jade Sylvan
Probably next: either volume one of Scott Pilgrim, The Grapes Of Wrath, or an attempt to juggle both.
Finished watching the Xfiles on Netflix, just started watching Firefly tonight.
Devypu's~ Big Pony :3 Just started Season 3 of X-Files myself.
I have just finished Gun Machine, which was fantastic. Reading Red Country, which is also fantastic.
I'm currently reading the Bartimaeus trilogy. Not too bad, in fact. I'd put it up in my top ten favorite book series.
Your Honor...I am slooowly working my way through Stephen Kinds Dark Tower series as far as reading..
Devypu's~ Big Pony :3oh I love those books.
Gimme yer lunch money, dweeb.Currently reading: Enders Game
Currently watching: Ouran High School Host Club and Fruits Basket
Recently finished: Haruhi Suzumiya
Damn fine stuff you're reading and watching, Jr.
I should be reading The House on Mango Street but I'm goofing off on the tablet and chatting with my friends.
What can I say?
Anime is addictive.
Ender's Game isn't anime
But it is awesomeness. I just hope the movie is decent.
Devypu's~ Big Pony :3I'm close to finishing the book and the movie looks pretty good so far.
Though on the other hand I still need to see The Disappearance Of Haruhi Suzumiya to complete finish that anime.

Recently finished Sky Girls- which, I'm surprised to say, actually compares pretty favorably with Strike Witches. The latter has the higher concept and better production quality (not to mention way more ecchi and yuri), but the former has better writing overall, despite its often slow pacing. That might be an effect of Strike Witches being split across two seasons, though.
Next up is A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, after I get these two Gunslinger Girl OVAs out of the way (it'll be nice to see Henrietta, Triela and the gang again, however briefly). I'm just hoping ALSFS doesn't turn out to be too childish for a seinen-demographic guy. I might find myself having to turn off all the parts of my brain that aren't entirely devoted to processing kawaii.

Join my forum game!Cake Wrecks is hilariously pulling apart badly made cakes. I love it.
I have recently discovered Harry Dresden, finding the books coincidentally at the same time as Pick TV starts showing the series.
It does rather strike me that Mr. Butcher actually seems to know what he's on about.
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'Now got my own copy of Dragons Crown on PS 3. Glorious game, albeit a little trudging in the beginning. It's less of a "jump right in and slay countless monsters" game and more of a rather methodical affar that forces you to learn the ropes slowly before you can engage in massive free-for-alls.
Also: Watching Twin Peaks again. That lovely bastard of a series never gets old.

Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence.Reading: Terry Pratchett's The Last Hero and Hogfather. I'm loving both so far!
Playing: Mabinogi, still.
Watching: Nothing, at the moment.
Even when your hope is gone, move along, move along just to make it throughReading HG Wells' The Food Of The Gods - as was the case with More Than Human, this was partially because of the appeal of cheap old paperbacks with pretty crazy cover art◊ *. I am about 3/4 done with it, and it's interesting, but a little frustrating due to structure - basically the first 90 pages feel like the makings of an Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever movie (and in fact there was such a thing), but then once that reaches a logical conclusion, it just keeps giving us Time Skips and becomes more about the effects of the titular substance have on society.

I am re-reading Skulduggery Pleasant, playing Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Justice For All as well as The Legend of Spyro. I've also been halted in my tracks by a stupid library in my reading of the Guardians of GaHoole series.

Sword goes in, gold comes out! Sword goes in, gold comes out! IN THIS PLACE, MEN BLEED GOLD! CUT THE JUGULAR! REAP THE SHINY HARVEST!Playing: Super Robot Wars J, Skyrim, Battlefield 3 and Phantasy Star II
Watching: Martian Successor Nadesico and Pani Poni Dash
Reading: Vagabond
Playing Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Reading Chris Brookmyre's "Where the Devil Drives"
Watching a documentary about Paul Simon and the making of the Graceland album during apartheid era South Africa.
Now I'm reading Godzilla On My Mind by William Tstutsui... It's a book about Godzilla by a historian. Actually a pretty fun and informative read - it gets into the history of the films, Godzilla's significance as a pop-culture icon, etc. I bought this while I was still wrapping up The Food Of The Gods, so maybe reading about giant wasps, rats, and children subliminally influenced me to start reading about a giant prehistoric monster.
Playing: Golden Sun: Dark Dawn and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney.
Reading: Fullmetal Alchemist
