Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.

Ok, 2 pages came up while checking one of my watchlist entries, both of which have multiple quotes.
William Henry Harrison has four quotes on it, all of which are referring to the brevity of his term of office (due to that whole "death" thing and all). As none of them are really about the man himself, I'd say just remove them completely (no quotes tab).
Zachary Taylor has two, and like with Harrison neither of them really say anything about the guy. The first quote, which is actually from him, though, I'd say to preserve on the (currently nonexistent) Quotes tab. The second can DIAF* for all I care.

Pumpkinhead has two quotes, one which is way too long, and a critic quote. I suggest the last four lines of the first quote be kept.

The one on Sex Is Interesting seems to fit fine to me, particularly in light of the second and third paragraphs. It's not correctly formatted, though.

The problem is that it shouldn't take you until the second or third paragraph to figure out how the quote fits.
