This thread is for general discussion of page quotes, whether to change, move or remove them.
Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.
Image captions are discussed elsewhere and have their own thread in the Image Pickin' forum.

Completely forgot about Expy. I cut the second quote, but I'd rather we have more consensus on the first before doing something about it.
Move it to a Quotes tab or cut it down to the second paragraph; I'd be fine with either.
Horsemenofthe Apocalypse has a quote which is too long.
New theme music also a boxI'd say move it into the religion section to replace the partial version of the same passages that are there.
I agree with Willbyr's sentiments in that regard.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'd cut down the quote to just "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him." and move the whole passage to quotes.
My alignment is Chaotic Cute.I'm not really sure how the quote on Knuckle Cracking is relevant.
Well, Knuckle Cracking usually is done with clenched fists...
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt's borderline...I'm not sure where we'd get a quote about actual knuckle cracking to start with.
I say yank. It has as much to do with Knuckle Cracking as... something... that doesn't have anything to do with knucklecracking. ... I'm really, really tired, okay?

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Yeah, I vote cut for that one.
I vote to keep Knuckle Cracking. The trope is not about just cracking one's knuckles but about the sentiment behind the action. The quote implies that the sentiment behind shaking hands cannot be inferred with the sentiment behind cracking knuckles.
It's also surprisingly literal.
Open hand + clenched fist = cracked knuckles

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I say it shouldn't be on the main page if there at all. The trope is not about just cracking one's knuckles, it's about the action being done to show toughness as if for a fight or physical labor. The quote says nothing about that.
Cracking knuckles is the same sound as cocking a shotgun.
Anyway, I don't think that quotation fits well. It speaks of what it's not, but there are many things it isn't.
Check out my fanfiction!^^Because the "not shaking hands" somehow doesn't show thoughness?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanPsycho Ex-Girlfriend: The quote seems irrelevant. The trope is about a person going crazy from a breakup, the quote just seems to be about being a crazy person in a relationship. I frequently see the trope misused in a similar way (where the guy dated a girl who happened to be crazy) so I really think it should be yanked.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.It's...alright. I'd like to have a replacement before making a change.
I don't really have one, I just kinda want to cut it because I think it's actively misleading on a trope that sees some fair misuse. I'll see if I can find a better one.
Hellsing: Has two quotes. One's the first couple lines from the theme song, the other is a line from a recurring character. Even if one's not cut, there should be... something distinguishing them because it's confusing. I thought at first that it was all one quote.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. So, General Ripper has a No Real Life note attached.
But uh, the quote is from a real person.
Oppression anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere.Rip it.
I prefer the single-liner. The double is also a sad All Blue Entry.
Check out my fanfiction! The General Ripper quote looks wrong to me.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI kinda see it, but mostly not.
Crown Description:
What should be the page quote for Monster.Fan Works?
Expy or one of its zillion related tropes.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
