You mean of the "here's a basic idea, figure out the rest" kind?
Yeah.
Rather than smart, I'd prefer to be wise. It would let me be silly more often. One thing is certain: no martial arts crap.
He's a fan of Mobile Fighter G Gundam and its Charles Atlas Superpower-inducing Supernatural Martial Arts style, embodied in the persons of protagonist Domon Kasshu and his teacher Master Asia.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I know that.
And professional wrestling.
And actually starting to get into assorted fighting games, as well.
Do you happen to have any input to the above idea?
Not really.
I mean, yeah, I'm definitely interested to see where you take it... but I don't really have much to say about it beyond that, either.
So EVA FE Time!
Since I got Asuka as a Dragon Knight down, we can talk about her vassals: Hikari and... Mari. Ugh. I don't like her as she doesn't have any emotional baggage or mental hang ups that aren't informed so I'm actually going to deconstruct her blood knight tendencies and her weirdness. As for a class, Myrmidon? Since they're mostly western-ish samurai, I could emapthize the whole blood knight part of that and have everyone fear her or at least have them telling 'horror' stories where she shows no mercy to her enemies.
Hikari is going to be a mage studying under Ritsuko who studied under Gendo. I want her to be a morality pet to Ritsuko, Asuka and Mari. Speaking of which, Should I have every elemental tome be classified as one school of magic like the Fire Emblem games where regardless of element it is like in the Akaenia (Awakening counts too) and GBA games or have it where fire, wind, thunder are their own schools of magic?
Oh and here are the classes for the Bridge Bunnies:
Maya Ibuki: Bishop
Makoto Hyuga: Bow Knight
Shigeru Aoba: Druid
And here are some more classes.
Kaji: Trickster.
Ritsuko: Sage.
Gendo: Archsage.
Yui: Saint.
Oh and should I have the Infinity +1 Sword that every FE Lord gets in every game and make it reverance the EV As?
You gotta start somewhere.SCE question time again.
How's the following for Unit-02's introduction dialogue?
Asuka: "What?"
Sekhmet: "Have you ever even seen an AI before?"
Asuka: "I was wondering what kind of expert system they were using for self-balancing. I'm guessing you're it?"
Sekhmet: "'It.' Are you questioning my strength?"
Asuka: "Haven't seen it so far, so I'm not sure how you got that idea."
Sekhmet: "Don't sass me, girl. I'm not Lilith. There's a reason why I chose my own name."
Asuka: "Which is?"
Sekhmet: "Synthetic consciousness interface Pr E-SCI-0026_02-SEKHMET."
Yui: "She picked it from a book about Egyptian deities and we decided to let her keep it."
Sekhmet: "Naturally. I'm a war machine; I was built to kill and destroy. My name should reflect that."
Asuka's dad: "Except war machines are usually not psychotic."
Sekhmet: "Two doormats were not enough, you'd rather have three? I wasn't made to charm my enemies, I was made to annihilate them and tread upon their broken bodies! In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king... because he ripped out everyone else's eyes and wears them as a necklace!"
Asuka's dad: "...doc, are you ABSOLUTELY SURE we shouldn't reformat that thing?"
Sekhmet: "What, are you scared of me?"
Asuka's dad: "Considering that you've got my daughter inside you?"
Sekhmet: "Unless her file is fake, she is here for a reason: to point me at things to kill. I have no problem with that whatsoever."
...That girla makes Mari Illustrious sounds sane and well-adjusted. That girla makes Mari Illustrious sounds sane and well-adjusted.
I'll choose T-1000, or Cameron, or TX as my onboard AI over her. At least with TX she wouldn't talk much.
...Wait. Can we, y'know, dope her with lots of booze?

I love it.
Actually, that AI sounds like she could be best friends forever with Mari, who might be just as bloodshed-craving deep down inside and simply hides it better out of pragmatism.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Sadly, this edition of Sekhmet does not drink blood. And even if she would, all she'd need to do to realize it's not what it looks like is to switch to thermal vision - to quote Lord Crull, "blood is meant to run hot and free, not cold and sluggish".
Which would only work with fresh blood, and only as long as you don't warm up the alchohol to a close temperature (which shouldn't be a problem, given that alchohol is meant to be drunk by humans, and thus should be able to reach human bodily temperature without combusting).
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Warm beer/ ale is a thing, y'know. Also, not exactly literal booze, but protocol that basically flood her brain (that's still in EVA biological brain. Or it isn't?) with "feelgood" chemicals/ impulse.
"HA HA HA COME HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT LET ME BATHE IN YER BLOOD-"
"Mary Poppins protocol engaged"
"-WAIT WHAT- Hello, my name is Sekhmet. Can you please stand down and deactiva-BANG- Dear sir, that's ru-BANGBANGBANG- Waaaaah! Misato-chan, Israfel ia being a meanie- Noooo, Acchan, don't be meanie, can't we talk this down and being friendly-"
"...Maybe this isn't really good idea."
The Second Coming is now midway through its first arc. A short excerpt:
I stayed home for the rest of the week. I still had a backlog of letters to respond to, and it was a rule of mine that no letter should take more than a week to deal with—either to respond to, or to put aside.
Aren't you losing something by staying isolated in that tower of yours?
I twirled a pen in my hand as I stared over that letter, but after a few minutes to think on it, I stood at my desk, twisted a bit funny to line up my sling over the paper, and wrote,
"No, I like being up here. I like seeing all the lights in the city as they come on at night. I like knowing that people are recovering, a little bit at a time. People are doing just fine now, but don't worry. If the time comes that I need to be there, that I need to say something, I'll be there. That's a promise."
I stared at that for a moment before crumpling up the stationery and pulling out a new sheet.
But just as I put pen to paper, a voice called to me from the main room.
"Hey! Do you see what's going on outside?"
I trotted from the bedroom to meet Asuka. She stood at the sliding glass door that opened to our balcony. It was night, with curtains drawn over the most of the glass. There was a steady, rhythmic clatter on the balcony.
"It's raining," I said.
"Is it?"
I stepped out on the balcony. It was raining. There was no question of that.
It was raining red splotches of viscous goo.
You know, I lied before when I said there's not much I regret. I regret a lot.
I regret being the boy who drifted aimlessly for two years.
I regret stuffing myself in that penthouse to look down on the world, as though I weren't a part of it. There's no place in the world for people who act like that yet expect the world to not pass them by. Those who try to make their own futures won't always succeed, but they have more control than someone like me, than anyone like who I was at that time.
I won't say I was ready to start swimming against that inexorable current of the future others make. But, as the bloody rain came down on Tokyo-2, I put on my green hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses. I packed a backpack with crackers and bottles of water.
And I took with me a sheathed kitchen knife, to help steer the current in my favor.
I'm also considering commissioning some illustrations to complement the text. If you or someone you know might be interested in such a thing, feel free to let me know. I'm rather new to that, though, so we'd probably have to talk a bit about rates just to make sure we're on the same page.
Author of The Second Coming (NGE) and The Coin (Haruhi). In the next chapter of SCE, Sekhmet returns. This time calling Adam a retard for his less-sophisticated speech software.
Sekhmet: I'm not a logopedist, do it yourself!
Yui: Ahem... ladies, please...
Sekhmet: Pah.
Asuka: (knocks on the top of her entry plug) She meant you too. So behave.
Sekhmet: Don't you talk down to me like tha-! (Asuka taps the mute button on her UI)

I want to do some kind of NGE x One-Punch Man crossover starring Asuka, but I have no idea how to make it work....
You could have Asuka being brought up by Saitama because he was Kyoko's only living relative. However, that might be too obvious of a direction IMO. Maybe have her being brought up by Licenceless Rider instead?
Mumen Rider is the best hero. I fully support the idea above.

It came across as something blurry and indistinct.
