- Personality: Sparky and often quick to assert himself, this youth is covering a massive lacking of self esteem with what amounts to cruelty for the sake of cruelty and being an epic Jerkass. He acts the part of a Boy Wearing A Kingly Mask, but inside he is very shaken up by all that's happened. He does seem rather self centered, and usually is very much bent to his way of thinking at the expense of all else. He is rather good at leading his group around, as evidenced by the odd Psycho for Hire Arrogant Kung Fu Guys who help him of their own volition. He really dislikes a lot of the other Goetian Kings. He gets himself into a lot of perverted situations too, it seems like Accidental Pervert at first, but...
- Appearance: He is a very cutesy looking young boy, he is frustrated with his perceived lack of height, he is actually around 5 foot 9 inches tall, he is actually very muscular for his young age. He usually wears a white long sleeve shirt, gloves, a pair of pants and boots. He has dark blond hair and blue eyes.
- Faction: He and some others who were affected by the Event have since made themselves veritable masters of the underworld, taking on names of the Ars Goetia Demons.
- Powers: Zagan can summon any number of bladed objects from any angle and at any distance from the foe and send them flying at the enemy, or wield the weapon. Some of these weapons have unique abilities of their own, like an energy wave when used. He seems, though, to prefer knives, swords, axes and sickles. He also possesses a fast working healing factor.
- History: He was one of the first of the Goetians to rise up, and he rather dislikes the other ones for essentially planning and scheming something. He does have a soft spot in his heart for the older (think late twenties) Barbatos, who he has oodles of Ho Yay with. He and Barbatos are in a very cohesive alliance.

•Age: 16
•Gender: Male
•Personality: He's always working some angle, always looking for ways he can use people, be it to further his goals or for mere entertainment. He's rather commanding, but that is because he needs to be to keep her pleased with him.
•Appearance: As her host, his appearance has changed to one that she finds more pleasing. White hair, red eyes, and a pair of glasses (those were part of his former appearance, and she let him keep them). He wears a white sweater, black pants, and black semi-formal shoes. His normal wardrobe made him look more like a college student that a highschooler.
•Faction: In theory, he owes allegiance to none but her. In practice, however, he fights for the survival of 'conduits' as a whole, killing those who threaten their survival, and defending those who help them.
•Powers: He has the ability to create portals that he can use to travel instantaneously (yes, they can be used for a Portal Cut, but they literally cannot close if he's inside them at the time.), or to redirect projectiles, and create telekinetic barriers. These powers, however, pale in comparison to her's.
•History: He wanted to be a lawyer in high-school, and worked hard to achieve it. Unfortunately, that dream was shattered when the incident occured. He was unharmed... by the blast at least.
When he awoke, the first place he wanted to go was home. Taking a step forward, he was suddenly ten meters away from where he'd been. This frightened him terribly, but he kept going. When he arrived at a park, the reapers were already slaughtering people. Would have killed him too, if it hadn't been for her. He was knocked over by someone running past, and when he rolled onto his back, he found himself looking up at one of the reapers. The reaper raised his knife, and Thomas blacked out.
When he awoke, it was night, and the park was a bloody mess. Everyone, civilian and reaper alike, was ripped apart. He pushed himself up, and met her for the first time. A shadowy, dragon-like being with several heads with glowing red eyes and mouths of luminescent teeth... He tried to run, of course. He hadn't gotten far when he was knocked over and pinned down on his belly, staring forward at the street. Slowly, one of the shadowy heads slithered into his relatively narrow field of vision. He heard her voice in his head.
There is no escape, little one.
He doesn't remember much of that conversation. All he remembers is that she explained she'd chosen him to be her link to this world, and explained exactly how things were going to work from here on out. He was to serve, and in return, he would recieve power with which he could survive what would no doubt be a wretched hell-hole by the end of the week.
The other option: Death.
Over time, he came to look at her as his only ally in this world. Everyone else was a mere resource. He also came to obey her without question, literally begging her to allow him to do something, anything, that would please her. He belongs to her, heart, mind, and soul.
Nyla: A shadowy, enigmatic creature. She is the puppeteer behind the relentless Spectre. She is always with him, but rarely seen, residing in the extradimensional space Spectre uses for his portals. Her powers are great, but she rarely uses them to assist Spectre because she needs him to believe that he is a mere puppet to her, one that depends on her for life, when really it is the other way around. Were he to die, her consciousness would be cut off from the darkness from whence she came, and she would wither away to nothing. So she makes him think that at any moment, she could find a more worthy host, keeping him paranoid, possesive, and desperate to please. She is the center of his small universe... and that is exactly how she likes it.

- Name: Alphaeus Drake
- Age: 17
- Gender: Male
- Personality: Calm, nurturing and possessed of a strong sense of justice. Unfortunately, he is also a prideful hypocrite, who refuses to acknowledge any defining flaws about himself. He likes to think of himself as always being in the right, something he's never really had to question in a world that, at the time, seemed clear-cut, even with the emergence of Conduits
- Appearance: Tall-ish (around six feet), smooth light-blond hair, sharp blue eyes (yes yes yes Nazis and all that jazz I get it). He's often seen wearing a white, black and blue hoodie and denim jeans, as these are his favorite clothes and some of the few to survive the initial blast in Empire City
- Faction: He "fights for the people" (read as: acts like a Purity Sue so he can rub how righteous he is in people's faces)
- Powers: Super-Strength (to the point where he can easily break bones with the amount effort it takes a normal human to snap a toothpick), Super-Speed (about as fast as the top speed of your average sports car), free-running (though not quite to the same extent as Cole, he can jump a fair height and distance with a running start but he can't climb very well), all coupled with infrared vision and the drastically increased resilience that comes standard with the Conduit package
- History: Alphaeus, like most, was another average joe before the initial blast in Empire City. He went to school, hung out with his friends and spent his free nights working at one of Empire City's food shelters. Ever since he was a kid, his favorite thing to do was read. Alphaeus was always reading. To him, it was an escape. He would read tales of romance and heroism to leave behind his life in Empire City, a life surrounded by crime and poverty, a life where his father was killed in action and his unstable mother drank herself to the deepest pits of her insanity. Once the blast hit, Alphaeus decided he'd finally rise up against the injustice of the world, and use his powers to become the hero this world so desperately needed. But it's never as simple as he'd like to think...

I've been on the fence for wether or not I want to join this. I'm just about tapped out for superhero ideas.

Name: Sean Jensen (antagonist)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: Slight lunatic. Sean is part of an experiment below. After his escape he became less trustful of people unless they were conduits. And when he is around conduits, he tends to act more violent and treat anyone without powers as trash that will backstab them. Any attempts to affect his emotions tend to fail, and he only acts 'logically' claiming that to show emotion would be a bad thing in the battlefield.
On fights when he has the upper hand, Sean tends to be overconfident and mocks the enemy. When faced with non-conduits, Sean gets to the point where he claims the negative sides of humanity. Any sides of emotion will always receive an angered insult from Sean, be it a conduit or a human. When Sean is losing, he shuts up and only tries to fight back. He would flee if required, especially on a disadvantage
Appearance: Sean's height is around 5.5 feet and is quite lean. His brown hair is in a messy fashion due to being unable to catch a break, and he has brown eyes. Ever since his escape, he wears the same clothing, a dirty white shirt under an open black polo shirt and a set of black pants.
Faction: Sean is a firm believer that conduits are supreme beings. After being lied to and deceived with, he lost faith in humanity and decided that only conduits should survive. Although an enemy of the military, he won't hesitate to fight back against conduits if assaulted. Mostly Sean is an antagonist, but sometimes sides with a faction if its beneficial for him
History: Sean was the son of a father well acquainted with the military. He lived a fairly good life, but he complained that life was never truly fair, as he sees the 'inhumane' side of humanity.
His family had the gene to be potential conduits, and the military has been experimenting on them at the approval of the father, the only one with no conduit gene. Upon reaching the 15s to 16s, Sean and his family, including the father, was subjected to an experiment by the military, to discover the weakness of conduits and potentially creating a defense against them.
Sean was one of the survivors due to being dubbed a failure, but after a month of, unlocked odd conduits powers under his insanity and broke free. He escaped the military, ravaging through anything in his way. His only goal was to escape. But he was confronted before by a band of conduits trying to recruit him. Believing they were the military's, Sean fought back and soon became the enemy of both the military and the conduits. He was about to leave the country, only to discover that his escape attempts led to the capture of many conduits. His escape was orchestrated and it was a military commander's Batman Gambit. It was just a plot to make up for the loss of conduits to experiment on. With that, Sean's sanity...
Powers: Sean's powers is frankly strange, but powerful
Sean boasts aperfect defense. He cannot be damaged at all by any attack that is direct. It's actually changing the vector values of a very small field around him, thus allowing him to redirect bullets and block explosions with ease. But this actually has multiple flaws: it requires Sean to be on contact with the ground, or any sort of flooring, and Sean must focus on holding this barrier. In fact he can be distracted by sudden movements and the defense is halved when moving.
Sean's offensive abilities requires him to be in the air. He can perform fast Air blades or small cyclones but must be in the air. He can also sprint twice as fast but must jump(jump more for increases lasting time) first to manipulate the vectors to boost his speed (allows wall running if jumps several times). He can also enhance the vectors of the area around him, allowing him to punch or kick enough to dent steel.
He doesn't need to recharge from an element, but requires to rest like Kessler. Side effects of too much use include short sudden migraines, hearing loss, itching and temporary leg paralysis.

I noticed there doesn't seem to be an antagonist conduit so I made one. I have no attachment to this character though so yeah, this isn't the best of my creations.

Considering it hasn't been posted in for over two years I'd say it's not still going.

Since the destruction of Empire City, there have been mixed tension across the entire nation, if not t-he world. Since the cities destruction, and the Ray Sphere releasing further radiation across the world, it seems it's split into two factions.
On the first faction, we have the military as a whole. Led as a single unit by General Haron, believed by the sole purpose that if the Conduits are not restrained and destroyed, then the plague will spread across the globe and end the lives of dozens of people. But perhaps there's something more than that.
The other is the Conduits. People with special powers, granted by the Ray Sphere radiation. With their powers, they decide to raise as much havoc as possible with the military and on some instances, innocent civilian life. Some merely want the fighting to stop, but some with the abilities they've been granted want more, and will do whatever they want to get more.
Which side are YOU on?
(This will be AU of course, considering the canon events.)
God I realized how similar this sounds to X-Men. Huh.
