What would your character do in the above situation?

Gabriel would laugh at him.

"Hero? Are you new around here? I don't even remember how much of this is my fault. Probably at least 30%"

Your character is offered a chance to live a normal life.

Verge would politely decline. Even though he may have at some point wanted to return to being Fabien Jacquier, he is content with living as himself. The only things he doesn't like is feeling random phantom sensation in his replacement parts and not being able to vote, so, if someone could stop the random sensations and give him the right to vote he'd be happy. He couldn't really do normal anymore.

Addison and Papercut would likely accept, sure, they've never had a normal life, but it would be great to have one.

Your character's most hated song comes on the radio.

Peter would be surprised, considering he broke the radio the last time this happened.

Stormy would change the station.

Your character meets a distant future version of themselves.

Calia would find out that her future self the President of Terra 102, and is happily married to Felix and has kids. Even better, they've managed to solve the Gifted's soulfeeding problem, as well as most of the discrimination between them and humans.

Amber would see herself as the new Planetary Commander after her father was killed in the Meta wars. Her future self would have Firewhirl act as her strategist and planner. Also, she has a husband, which means that some male Gifted did manage to beat her in a fistfight.

Melanie would find out that her future self married Serion, the Gifted training instructor. They'll have kids who will grow up to be Gifted training instructors themselves. They're living a pretty happy life.

Same question.

Kiarn would see herself dead on the floor, having decided that it's Better to Die than Be Killed when her revolution fails.

Feyte would see herself happily married and in comfortable semi-retirement.

Ketturah would see herself still roaming the galaxy, with whole pile of kids in tow ;)

Your character realizes that the religion/professional organization/Brotherhood of Funny Hats they've just joined is really an evil cult bent on world domination.

Guy is agnostic, below work age, and not interested in any Brotherhoods of Funny Hats. He wouldn't be in this situation.

Yu might end up wrapped up in a BOFH. Given the actual conspiracy he's come across, this revelation would not come as a surprise to him. He'd kill the leader and tell the rest to scatter.

Verge knew it!!! Time to take them down!

Addison would politely hand in his resignation and leave.

Papercut would be at Verge's side, stabbing people in the ankles and running around like a toddler on a sugar rush.

Your character and their enemy are forced into an Enemy Mine situation and they don't sleep for days while trying to figure it out.

Eveleen having to work with someone like Atras wouldn't be too difficult. Seeing as how they're mutual survival depends upon it both could put aside their differences pretty easily. Rana, on the other hand, is another matter. She's the kind of person who takes pleasure in harming others in any way she can, and cares for nothing but herself. If Eveleen and Rana were put into a situation that required cooperation, Rana would sooner betray Eveleen the moment it suited her. Thankfully, Eveleen knows this.

Alan is peeved. He's already had to deal with Fate deciding that, because of his defiance of her, he's got Death for a wife, now this.

Eva studies the island, then walks home when she's done.

Your character dies and the antagonist wins (or the others' lives fall apart if there's no real antagonist). Then they're brought back to life and they can fix everything. But someone else has to die for every day your character lives. Do they live and make things right or die and save the people they've never met?

Looks like Eveleen has 24 hours to stop Atras from plunging the refuge into oblivion. She has no intention of letting anyone die for her sake, she'll make sure that if and when she gets the job done she'll let herself die before someone else does, so if she for some reason isn't able to do it within the allotted time she'd let herself die... though Cicero would probably give his life for her to keep her alive for one more day if need be.

Noah would live and let people die, even though he doesn't like it, if his father has free reign of the world more people will die as a result.

Stormy would let herself die, there's no way she'd take someone else's life for her benefit, and she trusts her friends to get the job done without her.

Peter sees this as his ultimate dream, living every day and having someone else die in his stead. If he could get away with it, he'd live forever.

Same question because dammit it was a really good scenario!

Calia wouldn't want the villain to create a nightmarish hell on Terra 102, and that sacrificing a few lives would be the lesser of two evils considering that the villain would take lots more. Once she finishes her job, she'd let herself die.

Amber would probably keep herself alive (do kills made by the person count as quota for death a day?). She's a soldier in the army and kills stuff very often.

AC would let himself die. After all, in his mind it's inevitable that the Enforcers will take over everything anyway, and that he's become one of them. Only an intervention from another faction of extradimensional aliens can save the multiverse.

Same question.

Guy would put himself on a 24-hour time limit; after that expires, he willingly leaves for good and leaves the task to one of his more powerful friends.

Yu would rather not kill anyone to live on, but knows that only he and Hanako can do the job, and that she can't go it alone.

That is a really good scenario. Same question!

Oh please no...

Verge would let himself die if he failed after 24 hours. He wouldn't want to have anyone die for his sake.

Addison would set himself a shorter limit, after 18 hours, he'd just give up.

Papercut would let herself die after completing her goal, but only if she could do it in under a week.

Raythar would want whatever teenage heartthrob is flavor of the month to play him.

Ilena would try like hell to play herself, as she is narcissistic to the extreme. If she doesn't get the part, she'd ask for Kristen Stewart.

Atrox, realizing that he'd probably get the CGI treatment, would want either Morgan Freeman or James Earl Jones to play him.

Your character discovers a book that holds a portal to an animated fairy tale-type world, and if they write something down in that book, that thing happens in either world. Jonard sells the book. Soon after, his bodyguard Nioba dope-slaps him after the buyer figures out how the book works and uses it to summon an Eldritch Abomination, creating a problem that she has to deal with. And then their party's magician Lihiri accidentally casts a spell that turns the buyer into a bunny rabbit... which just happens to be the one lifeform in the Nine Worlds that can harm the Abomination, thus convincing it to flee. Jonard goes back to take the book back so he can sell it again, only to discover that the bunny's eaten nibbled away at the pages, damaging the magic and rendering it useless.

The next character arrives home to find a tiger in their bathroom (or whatever the local equivalent is.

If there's a tiger in Peter's bathroom it's likely Steve is the reason it's there. Peter would be somewhat excited to find that a rare Bengal tiger has just materialized in his bathroom and would try to find a way to profit from this... or just wait for Ben to try to use the bathroom... The reaction will be priceless.

Stormy would freak the hell out. She had a bad experience once where a tiger tracked her through a jungle so she's justifiably terrified of them. In all likelihood, she'd call for animal control and have the professionals take care of it. Of course, explaining how a tiger got into her apartment would be tricky.

Addison and Papercut would be very confused at how 'Steve from Hell' (as they started calling the fallen angel/grim reaper/fish type thing that does the job in Arcadia after Verge got whacked on the head and started talking about 'Steve from Hell') would lose his job, but sure, he can sleep on the couch.

Jesse X would find himself in the dream where he's surrounded by drunken and extremely violent Disney Princesses, which is more of a memory than a nightmare.

AC could easily take care of them, his powers work even when naked. Then again he does have 24-hour armor. Compared to quite a few types of wildlife on Terra 102, a Spider-bear-wasp-viper-jellyfish is pretty tame.

Calia, Amber, and Melanie are going to be in some trouble, though. You see, Calia is afraid of spiders, Amber is afraid of lizards (vipers), and Melanie is afraid of jellyfish. They won't be fighting at full power due to crippling phobia. But if they can use their transmutation moves, maybe they stand a chance.

Mac: "This isn't even half as tough as a pack of freakin' Shredders!" Then again, he has 24 hour armor, and that a Spider-bear-wasp-viper-jellyfish hybrid can't rip through armor as fast as a Shredder can. Plus a Shredder is a Heavily Armored Mook.

Your character must choose to either save their Love Interest (or best friend) or defeat/destroy the Big Bad. If they save the love interest, the Big Bad gets away. If they kill/defeat the Big Bad, the love interest dies.
