Akihiko would have absolutely no idea what was going on, of course, given his avoidance of any human interaction he thinks is unecessary. It likely wouldn't be so much Ship Tease as confusion, then active avoidance.

But it'll possibly contribute to awkward scenes showing off characters' psychological issues, so it could work quite well, especially given that Akihiko is straight.

Pretty much. Once we get a pilot for Eva-02, I'll go ahead and get the discussion and such up. Once that's done there's of course openings for Bridge Bunnies and other NERV personnel.

Hmm...can I join even though I never watched Eva. Another RP I was in died and I can handle a third (I'm currently at Character Castle and Reunions Dark Summer).

• Name: Yamamoto Sayu
• Age: 14
• Gender: Female
• Occupation: Unit 02.
• Appearance: She is a half-American with black-reddish hair tied in pony-tails, and pale white skin. She has a round face, with black eyes and long eye-lashes. As with my other female characters, she's almost flat-chested, with only a few inches of endownment. Her normal clothes consists of some variation of a spagetti top over another shirt.
• Personality: She is a Genki Girl that has a habit of trying one of everything, like food, hobbies, and activities. She also likes talking and making friends, trying to be as normal as possible in her situation. However, she secretly has Panic disorder, often going into panic attacks consisting of screaming in a fetal postion for hours, ending in a whimper. This usually happens after experiencing high amounts of stress.
• History: An orphan in froster care who only have a few cherished memories of her mother (including a locket with a picture of them). However, her mom disappeared at age five, and her father, a wealthy man, got killed in a suspuious car accident briefly after, putting her in the care of the UN. Considering what happened, she is slightly The Pollyanna, but some traumatic event early on must've caused her Panic Disorder.

You can join, yes. Though I recommend giving the wiki I linked in the first post a read-through, as it'll help you understand a lot of the stuff that happens in the RP.

Oh, can my character be Bi The Way too? I want to be in the Love Triangle too!

Also, what happened to you at Reunions? Did you just lost interest?

I just can't think of anything to post, no matter how much I try.

Anyway, your character wouldn't even have to be Bi The Way. And it'll more or less be the catalyst of some very awkward, somewhat disturbing scenes revealing how mentally screwed up these characters are.

Okay. I can't wait for some screwy meltdowns from my character! I can't wait to see how the plot unfolds. I should try to get to watching Eva one of these days on You Tube.

Hmm...I think I'll have to flesh out my character a little more.

You can just jump in Reunions right now. We just finished a really dramatic scene involving one of the characters revealing his secret, and shooting my character's sister, and causing quite a lot of chaos. RP gold, it is.

And of course, given Eva's reputation, all these plans could go completely differently and mess our characters up in new and unique ways.

I would definitely like a Love Triangle, with the Unit 02 pilot constantly being after Yuki...and walking in on him in some awkward / disturbing moments.

Will Shinji or any of the other canon characters appear at all?

Yes. Gendo's still commander of NERV, several other canon characters will show up as well. Shinji will have very limited time, if any at all, due to the fact that there's really no reason for him to be present.

Also, I'm going to get the discussion up right now, but the main thread won't be up for a little while longer.

Well, technically we're not full... [We have a base in Germany open for sign ups, and I'm willing to open however many it takes to keep the recruitment flowing]... but regardless I love having someone to compare notes with.

On top of that, I'm kinda noisy and most of the R Ps I was in have died, so I'm wondering what positions amongst the NERV staff might be open, provided you'd take me.

Yeah, it's also a fairly important role.

• Name: Major Musashi Akio
• Age: 38
• Gender: Male
• Occupation: Tactical Ops Commander.
• Appearance: Ponytail, glasses, goatee. Typically wearing a wrinkled shirt barely concealed by the red UN uniform.
• Personality: Jaded and difficult become familiar with, with a few exceptions. Those who do get past his initial aloofness, will find him to be concealing a some what over protective of those he knows. Especially kids, who he often tries too hard to play a father figure to.
• History: Divorced. Lost his child, Tamiko during second impact and he blames the Angels for this. He suffers from major survivors guilt and joined Nerv in an attempt to remedy this.

And accepted. Definitely should be interesting to see him dealing with kids getting sent to fight the Angels.

Alright, I hope this is okay, ahah... I just had this idea of an Eva character who thought they were in something more along the lines of Gao Gai Gar, or Getter Robo, or something like that, and, uh, I thought it would be fun to try so I just ran with it. Hopefully it'll work out.

• Name: Lieutenant Takaya Kazumi
• Age: 24
• Gender: Female
• Occupation: Tactical assistant, computer technician. Pretty much the same thing Maya, Hyuga and Aoba were doing, really. So in other words, Bridge Bunny.
• Appearance: Kazumi has shoulder length, curly black hair, and her eyes are probably brown, but it's hard to tell when they're behind her thick Nerd Glasses. She's rather plain looking, the only really noticable part of her appearance being her above average chest, although she still has a certain charm to her. Heightwise, she's only just around five foot tall, maybe a few inches under, a point that she is very sensitive about.
• Personality: Cheerful, bubbly and somewhat goofy even whilst on the job. Kazumi loves kids, possibly because she acts like a big kid herself. She's very much a nerd, and is especially a fan of mecha shows (her personal favourite being Gunbuster, and she laments the fact that Gainax never made another mecha show before Second Impact hit). In fact, she probably thinks that she's in a more typical, idealistic mecha series.
• History: Second Impact wasn't especially kind to Kazumi, as it led to most of her family and childhood friends dying in one way or another. As a young girl trying to cope with the whole world dying around her, she retreated into herself, her only real source of solace being old anime reruns. Eventually, she snapped out of it and became a bit more outgoing, and now she sees herself as a more well adjusted member of society than she was whilst growing up. At least, that's what she says anyway...
