Seeing as I'm not familiar with either of them, no. Not your fault, though.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I'm currently making a Tower-Defense like strategy game where you can position your units to attack incoming enemies trying to attack your base. Right now I may need names for the enemies, but there is a naming convention.
The enemies are called "R-Series" robots, and the Theme Naming has them end with a "-R" while sounding like a real word pertaining to them.
Currently I have these:
- The Goomba: Lose-R
- Weak gunner unit: Gun-R (Would Shoot-R be better?)
- Commander that buffs units: Command-R
- Melee, attacks troops, ignores base: Slash-R
- Weak air unit: Fly-R
- Weak, ground swarm enemy: Swarm-R
- Mook Medic: Fix-R
- Boss 1: Destroy-R
- Sniper, attacks troops, ignores base: Snipe-R
- Melee, very painful, attacks troops, ignores base: Slaught-R
- Mortar-launching thing: Mort-R
- Flamethrower guy: Burn-R
Hey, thanks for the suggestions!
- Elite Mooks (Elite gunner unit): Win-R
- Heavily Armored Mook: Arm-R
- Something that uses a Macross Missile Massacre: Launch-R
- A guy with a BFS: Chop-R
- A Bike that charges quickly at your base in a kamikaze attempt: Bike-R
- A Tank: Panz-R
- A Truck that spawns gunners: Carry-R
- Shield-Bearing Mook: Defend-R
- Flying Swarm enemy: Buzz-R
- A guy with a regenerating forcefield: Skirmish-R
- Stealthed enemy: Stalk-R
- A flying version of the Stealth enemy: Cloak-R
- A burning guy that averts Convection, Schmonvection: Torch-R
- *New* A suicide bomber unit that explodes when killed: Splode-R

The truck that spawns units: Carry-R
The flying swarm unit: Sting-R

The flying invisible man: Cloak-R

My Games & Writing- Elite Mooks - Win-R (to go with Lose-R)
- Heavily Armored Mook - Arm-R, Hard-R?
- Something that uses a Macross Missile Massacre - Rocket-R (assuming the missiles use rocket motors).
- A guy with a BFS (Warri-R sounds meh) - Blast-R
- A Bike that charges quickly at your base in a kamikaze attempt. - Bike-R?
- A Tank - Off Road-R (Tanks are all terrain vehicles), Tread-R
- A Truck that spawns gunners - Carry-R
- Shield Bearing Mook that needs to be attacked from the side or behind. - Riot-R? (as in riot shield),
- Flying Swarm enemy - Buzz-R (to evoke annoying flying insects and "buzzing" an enemy)
- A guy with a regenerating forcefield - Skirmish-R (skirmishers were troops who engaged enemies quickly in advance of the main force, then pulled back to frustrate them).
- Stealthed enemy (requires an anti-stealth device to be equipped on a unit for it to see them) - Sneak-R, Stalk-R?
- A flying version of the Stealth enemy - Recon-R? Harry-R (when it's not used as a name it means to persistently trouble someone, fitting with Stalk-R, plus a Harrier is a type of bird)?
- A burning guy that averts Convection Schmonvection, and deals damage to stuff that get near it. - Torch-R?

TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faer- Kamikaze bike - Splode-R?
I would make a suggestion, but folks above me have far better ones than me.
What kind of unit does The First Response Company sounds like?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Like a first-line group that is always ready for anything, before the regular things are mobilized.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHmm...the unit I am thinking is actually more like Navy SEAL Team Six. Not exactly the most appropriate name, I guess.
Then again, military units tend to have rather nonindicative names.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. It sounds to me like a section of an army who are kept in reserve so that they can be deployed as a forlorn hope if something develops.
That or a Combat Medic group.

TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerHey...the latter is a pretty good idea.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. What's a good name for a race of physics-defieing beings reminiscent of the Angel of Evangelion?

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.hmmm . . It should sound more like a race name derived from an angel's name.
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.Thaddeusians?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I wanted to use the name Jerichal, but I'm always up for a second opinion?
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.Good, better than mine, but not quite impressive enough. I got nothing, though.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. How about the Kaburin (derived from Kabbalah)?
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.Hey, I got an idea. How about Malakpanovians, based on the Angel of the Presence?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Way too long, but nice attempt.
Feel free to visit my yokai blog. How about Kodeshians? Here some useful wiki pages about Jewish angels.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.A few I came up with were the Sephir (from Sephiroth), Mezan (from Messiah or messenger)
Feel free to visit my yokai blog. The first one would be far too renown because of Sephiroth, but the latter is good.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I chose Sephir because it's the name for the attributes of Kabbalah, not because of Final Fantasy.
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.I am just saying that Sephiroth will be the first thing most people will think of.
EDIT: Oh wait, just Sephir? That could work.

I'm thinking more like Anadalasia from Enchanted. Does that help?
