    Channel-Wide Tropes
  • Associated Composer: In videos not including music by Nintendo, he makes his own.
  • Man of a Thousand Voices: He virtually has to be this, because in every plush video, he voices nearly every character.
  • Minimalist Cast: None of his videos (except for the heads or tails food challenge) feature more than two people, and most of the time, the special guest is Luigi Yoshi Shell.
  • Running Gag: Often, the same plush is used to portray a different character in a series. His excuse? The previous character was just that character's idiot brother/cousin. This is a shared sentiment with Luigi Yoshi Shell.
  • Stylistic Suck:
    • The thumbnails for both Beff The Jeff videos are intentionally low-quality.
    • Also, the scratchy voice he puts on for Baby Peach.

    Horror Shorts

    Plushie Videos
  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: Bowser is this to Larry and Jr. in Mario Party: Family Feud.
  • Atrocity Montage: Rare Played for Laughs example: the Lego-building montage in Mario Party. Even though it's supposed to be about building Legos, the montage is more about a giant fight breaking out.
  • Bait-and-Switch:
Iggy: Morton, you're my best friend, and also the best Koopaling. So, what I'm saying is, totally fail so I can be the best Koopaling and you'll be a loser!
  • Battle Cry: Bowser yells "LEGOS!!" which results in a chaotic fight.
  • The Brute: Inverted with Morton. He's a good guy and he fights well, but he doesn't have much going on up there.
  • Creepy Child: Donkey Kong Jr. is this.
  • Creepy Twins: Babies Wario and Waluigi. They never say a word and everything they do is synchronized.
  • Distracted by the Sexy: Morton invokes this to give Baby Luigi a chance to Sneak Attack Donkey Kong.
  • Dreaded Kids' Table: In the Mario Thanksgiving, Baby Mario and Iggy are sent to the kids table. It's not so much that they are sent the kids table they have a problem with, though, it's that the kids table is just a cardboard box with no chairs.
  • Dynamic Entry: In Thanksgiving, Iggy slams the door into Mario when he enters.
  • Emerging from the Shadows: Baby Mario hits the kidnapper into the light to reveal his identity.
  • Ensemble Cast: In Mario Party. They even have an Establishing Team Shot showing them all.
  • Friend or Foe?: In Mario Party, Donkey Kong eliminates Bowser, thinking that he's on the other side.
  • Holiday Episode: The Mario Thanksgiving.
  • Inadvertent Entrance Cue:
Baby Mario: Alright, but have any of you seen Wario and Waluigi lately?
    Wario and Waluigi: We're participating!
  • Ironic Echo Cut: Downplayed because of the distance between the two. When Bowser is attacked by Donkey Kong, he yells "Ow, Donkey Kong, get off of me! I'm on your team!" A little while later, Donkey Kong says "Oh. I think he was on my team."
  • Leaning on the Fourth Wall: In Thanksgiving, Mario and Luigi talk about a dream they had that they were just plushies and were being controlled by someone named Teddy.
  • Ominously Open Door: Wario opening the door in Thanksgiving catches Mario and Luigi off guard.
  • Painful Rhyme:
Wario: Yes, it's Wario! And now you're going to die-io! ...Yeah!
  • Right Behind Me: Twice in Thanksgiving.
    • While Baby Mario and Iggy are looking for the kidnapper, they look in the boiler room only to not find anything, then turn around and find Wario right there.
    • Iggy executes a Sneak Attack on Wario from behind.
  • Shout-Out:
    • The name "The Mario Party: Family Feud!" is a reference to, of course, Family Feud.
    • In that same voice, Morton also assumes the skin of Sayori.
  • Simpleton Voice: Donkey Kong and Morton both sport these.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Baby Luigi is soft-spoken, but strategic in VR.
  • Tranquil Fury: Baby Mario attempts this in Mario Party, but ends up screaming anyways.
