Over time, Doh-Li will show affections for Viktor.
With Viktor constantly trying to act suave around her, it may eventually show Doh-Li is a Defrosting Ice Queen and it might result in either a Forceful Kiss from Doh-Li to Viktor or at the very least some kind of Relationship Upgrade.

Kanikus and Eldritch are brothers.

Brutus will commit a Heroic Sacrifice.
Or maybe it'll be Kanikus, due to his Who Wants to Live Forever? attitude.

Viktor lied about his background to sound more impressive.
His name is longer than most British royalty, and his accent keeps shifting. He probably made it all up.

The series will get Darker and Edgier as it goes on.
They say that the main demographic is ages 6-11. Well, Avatar: The Last Airbender and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic were aimed at a similar demographic, and yet those series started dealing with more mature topics as they continued. There's no reason this can't.
  • I'm willing to count on it.

The series takes place After the End, when humans have become extinct and animals have taken over.
Yeah, yeah, I know. But think about what a great twist that would be. Throughout the series, there will be mentions of a creature that existed beforehand, that is considered only a legend. They are said to have been capable of both great construction and great destruction.
  • Bonus points if they have Caleb or another character encounter the last surviving human, who teaches them a lesson on who-knows-what.

Caleb's father is alive, but is revealed to be Evil All Along.
Currently no specifics have been given on what caused the death of Caleb's parents, which may leave it possible that they Never Found the Body. Though it's possible Caleb's father betrayed the other Heroes of Splitpaw and faked his death to cover his tracks while he goes into hiding. the True Tail faculty may have kept the treachery of Caleb's father a secret partially to preserve True Tail's reputation, bur mostly to spare Caleb the heartbreak and loss of innocence if he ever found out. As for motive, Caleb's father may be driven by grief, blaming the Heroes of Splitpaw for certain unavoidable causalities caused by the Great War, or he may seek to bring back the Dark Creatures to start another Great War, thinking that a world without darkness would mean that the existence of heroes would be made pointless.
  • Alternatively, Caleb's father may be a Knight Templar obsessed with seeing his own draconian definition of justice enforced at any cost, to a point where he may have done something that crossed a line and got him branded a villain, forcing him to go into exile and gets presumed dead later.

True Tail will run on some form of RPG Mechanicsverse
The series is inspired by Dungeons and Dragons, and Caleb mentions several common RPG Classes in the Kickstarter video

Viktor isn't from Splitpaw, or is from a far away region of it
His accent is a giveaway, I'm guessing he's from a Slavic Inspired Country/Region.

The Dark Creatures will return en masse, triggering a second Great War
Considering the war's name. Whether there will be Cryptid Hitler and Cryptid Nazis is up for debate

Many of Doh-Li and Viktor's conflicts will fall under Both Sides Have a Point.
Doh-Li will prioritize making sure she and her team complete their assignments with the highest possible grade and will be quick to call her friends out when she thinks they're not taking things seriously. Viktor, in contrast, will prioritize maintaining morale and levity, wanting to help his friends cope with possible setbacks and making sure they don't feel overwhelmed by the pressures of schoolwork and training. When things get intense, Viktor, after swallowing some nerves, will stand up to Doh-Li whenever she gets too hard on them.
  • In a example where Viktor could be more in the right, there could be a scenario where Team Caleb straight up fails an assignment and Doh-Li very harshly chews out her teammates, accusing them of acting like it's all one big game or like they wanted to fail, ignoring how her friends are also reeling from their loss and her verbal abuse is just adding salt to the wound. Viktor may Grow A Spine and call her out on her behavior, accuse her of caring more about her success than her friends, and even suggest that their loss was just as much her fault for pushing her teammates too hard so that they're too stressed or tired to give their best.

Splitpaw is an empire
Even though it's referred to as a Kingdom, it is the only country mentioned in the Kickstarter video, and Caleb states that the Dark creatures waged war on the Animals of Splitpaw.

Furthermore, as stated on the official website: "The inhabitants that call Split Paw home come in many different shapes and sizes, from the giant Bear Knights of the Ursa Empire", which could imply that the Ursa Empire is itself a country.

The series will deconstruct the War Is Glorious trope common in fantasy
Truetail Academy bills itself as a school for Heroes, which can be interpreted as being a type of warrior, and as such it can be presumed the Academy glorifies war to an extent, and the Great War is shown to be quite Hellish in the Kickstarter Video.
