- Cloud Cuckoo Lander- Definitely.
- Non-Action Guy- Definitely
- Memetic Sex God- has been called a "sex cod".
Tropes of people I know has been removed for being a) out of date and b) wrong.
Tropes I have observed:
- This Is Not a Drill- subverted, it wasn't a drill, but wasn't the real thing either.
- Even the Subtitler Is Stumped- my surname. Even when I had my name read out on national television, the iPlaer subtitles read "[Troper's first name]... has won!"
Recently, I was in a musical called Lockdown. There were lots of tropes in it:
- Boldly Coming- Perspective flip- the main character is the child from a fling between a Blue Skinned Space Guy and a earth human.
- Brought To You By The Letters FG
- Disaster Dominoes- Cool Dude's Ex passes Cool Dude a note, which he crumples and tosses away. It almost hits the Bully, who takes offence and begins shouting at Cool Dude. Science Teacher takes Cool Dude's side and sends the Bully out of the classroom, just as Force Girl arrives, late. The Bully shoulder-barges Force Girl, sending her flying into the Snake's cage, which releases the Snake. The Science Teacher panics and dives at the Snake, knocking the Growth Serum onto the Snake.
- Handsome Lech- Cool Dude. Who goes through 1/2 of the girls in the school his age group in a day.
- Parental Abandonment- Force Girl's father
- School Newspaper News Hound
- Stalker with a Crush- Cool Dude's Ex. This indirectly sets off the main plot.
I write an Interactive Comic on the MS Paint Adventures forum called PixelQuest
. When I can think of twenty tropes, it gets its own page.
- Big Bad- Dmabster
- Funny Schizophrenia- Played straight, then discussed and averted
- A-Team Firing- Auto, while attempting to shoot something, managed to shoot himself
- Write Who You Know- Dmabster and Auto are both based on readers of the adventure.
- The Plague
- Pirate- the original pixel becomes a pirate.
- Mega Neko- two whole planets that are cats.
- Winged Humanoid- the angels that are in an eternal war against cats
- No Celebrities Were Harmed- O.J. Mayo is a real basketball player. He is not, alas, a jar of mayonnaise.
- Weaksauce Weakness- Orange peel.
- Everythings Better With Dinosaurs- The entire UNIVERSE is a dinosaur.
