- Acting for Two:
- In English, Zeno Robinson voices Mint Choco and Eclair, Erica Mendez is White Lily Cookie and Black Pearl Cookie, Dawn M. Bennett is Twizzly Gummy Cookie and Linzer Cookie, and Colleen O'Shaughnessey voices both Pastry Cookie and Tails Cookie, though she's uncredited as the latter. Many of the voices of the playable cookies also voice various NPCs.
- In Japanese, Shunsuke Takeuchi voices both Purple Yam and Cream Unicorn, Mariya Ise voices both Tiger Lily and Sherbet.
- In Korean, Park Yo-han voices Espresso Cookie and Schwarzwälder.
- The Taiwanese Mandarin dub has many voice actors voicing at most three playable cookies, with some of them also voicing some NPCs.
- All-Star Cast: The English dub is filled with famous voice actors like Yuri Lowenthal, Erica Mendez, and Colleen O'Shaughnessey.
- Blooper:
- When Captain Caviar Cookie was announced as playable, he was originally stated to be a Charge Cookie. Devsisters later stated that it was a mistake and he was actually a Bomber Cookie.
- An early version of the trailer for Dawn of the Dragon had to be taken down and reuploaded after the wrong Magic Candy graphic was showcased for Cream Unicorn Cookie. The graphic used looked to be a Magic Candy for Milky Way Cookie, which as of early January 2024 does not exist in game.
- Cast the Expert:
- In English, Michael Schwalbe, a former metal vocalist who spent about 10 years fronting a band, is the voice of the equally musical Rockstar Cookie, as well as doing Werewolf Cookie's singing voice.
- Also in English, Singer-Songwriter and streamer Parfait Cookie is voiced by singer/songwriter and VTuber Amanda Lee.
- Celebrity Voice Actor: The Taiwanese Mandarin dub have Cherry Blossom Cookie voiced by singer Janice Yan.
- Content Leak:
- Just a week before "The War Under Shattered Skies", Apple Stores had showcased the main image with unknown-at-that-time Eclair & Tea Knight Cookie. It let fans spiral on who they are before Devsisters pulled it off the store.
- Data mining revealed Dark Cacao as the next Ancient & him appearing in App Stores again. A word search puzzle from the game’s social media, however, had him & DJ Cookie as one of the options to find, confirming the latter's stealth cameo on the "TWUSS" image.
- Distanced from Current Events: The Halloween 2022 event was ended earlier than originally scheduled, due to a fatal crowd crush at a Halloween event in Itaewon.
- Fake American:
- British actress Della Saba puts on an American accent for her role as Milky Way Cookie, likely for consistency’s sake as the rest of the playable cast is played by Americans. You can hear hints of her actual accent if you listen closely to some of Milky Way Cookie’s vowels.
- Aussie Desmond Chiam also fakes an American accent to play Werewolf Cookie, likely for the same reasons as Della Saba above.
- Meaningful Release Date: The BTS x Cookie Run Kingdom crossover event launched on October 13th, 2022 — which just so happens to be BTS member Jimin's birthday.
- Newbie Boom:
- After a fiasco over in the Genshin Impact community with the game’s anniversary and many players feeling scammed over the rewards, a large chunk of the game’s fanbase migrated over to Cookie Run: Kingdom after hearing of the game’s plentiful rewards regularly given out and how easy it was to obtain characters compared to Genshin, leading to a huge boost in the game’s popularity and giving it mainstream attention, but at the expense of its sister game OvenBreak; the official Twitter of Kingdom has over 30k more followers than OvenBreak’s as of October 2021.
- The October 2022 crossover with BTS had many fans, particularly the BTS ARMY, download the game in order to obtain the seven BTS Cookies that will be unlocked for the event. It also lead to many fans of Kingdom to get interested in BTS themselves.
- No Dub for You:
- While the game's text is available in ten languages, Korean was originally the only available language for voiceovers — and as of 2023, three languages still have no corresponding dub.
- Sonic and Tails only have English and Japanese voiceovers.
- The Disney cookies only have English, Korean, Japanese and German voiceovers.
- The BTS cookies only speak in Korean with bits of Gratuitous English sprinkled in.
- Non-Singing Voice: Michael Schwalbe (the English voice of Rockstar Cookie) revealed in a tweet that he also did the singing voice for Werewolf Cookie (who is normally played by Desmond Chiam) in Summer Soda Rock Festa.
- Queer Character, Queer Actor: In the English dub, nonbinary Cookies Snow Sugar Cookie (Analesa Fisher), Fig Cookie (Giselle Fernandez) and Cream Unicorn Cookie (Joshua David King) are voiced by nonbinary voice actors. Meanwhile Strawberry Crepe Cookie (Valeria Rodriguez) and Angel Cookie (Erika Ishii), who are also nonbinary, are played by genderfluid voice actors.
- Real-Life Relative: In Korean, the heavily ship teased Mint Choco Cookie and Cocoa Cookie are played by married couple Ryu Seung-gon and Park Shin-hee respectively.
- Role Reprise: For the Disney and Cookie Run Kingdom crossover, many of the English voice actors returned to voice their iconic characters.
- Those Two Actors: Many of the voice actors have worked together, including:
- Lucien Dodge and Kimlinh Tran (Dust and Fidget), voice Clover Cookie and Kumiho Cookie
- Uncredited Role: As of the Heroes of Dark Cacao update, the voice actors for playable Cookies are listed in their character story pages. However, the English voices for Carrot Cookie (Rosanna Pansino), Blackberry Cookie (Michelle Phan), Sonic Cookie (Roger Craig Smith), and Tails Cookie (Colleen O'Shaughnessey, although she is credited for her role as Pastry Cookie) remain uncredited in-game.
- What Could Have Been: Because the development of Cookie Run: Kingdom took around 4 years, it's best to say that there was a LOT of stuff left on the cutting room floor, this includes the artbook too (Where it has pages of early Cookie concept arts.).
- A festival icon found in the files of the game◊ originally had a feature where it triggers a festival when the bar was full, this early screenshot has an older version of the icon and what the feature looked like.◊
- There was once a feature where you can look inside a cookie house◊, this was canned for unknown reasons.
- Left in the files again is an unused "Happiness Points" icon◊ that might have been used for the Cookies' actions.
- Early concept art has the Rock feature including DJ & Rockstar Cookie from OvenBreak that's left unused.
- The "Hole-some Adventure!" videos reveal that Olive Cookie was originally going to be called "Pickle Cookie" since pickles went well with cheese. They then realized that olives would suit the Ancient Egyptian motif better. The same videos also reveal that Mozzarella Cookie was originally planned as a servant for Golden Cheese Cookie, and that Smoked Cheese Cookie originally looked like a pharaoh with a blue outfit instead of a red one.
