Just because this game's lore is some of the darkest of the series yet, it can still have some heartwarming moments.
- Cream Puff Cookie being a fully fledged magical girl, with her own magical girl transformation to boot! Seeing the girl finally achieve her dreams is enough to brighten anyone's day.
- While others express triumph or sadness depending on the battle result, Pure Vanilla Cookie's Victory & Defeat quotes have him focus on any potentially injured teammates first, wanting to ensure their safety. He really is THAT kind!
- Everything about the Disney crossover event, Festival of Dreams and Wishes, is this. Cream Unicorn Cookie heard the wishes of all the cookies from a storybook and summons a castle that lets Disney cookies interact with the kingdom. Princess Cookie then prepares a banquet for everyone to enjoy. Even the likes of Strawberry Crepe Cookie join in when they learn about Lilo and Stitch Cookie (as Stitch is more scientific based) and ask them to show off their Waffle Bots. When the storyline ends, Cream Unicorn Cookie is sad that it can't last forever. It takes Strawberry Crepe themselves to state that these moments are special because they don't last forever and that everyone will cherish the memory in their hearts.
- In the Braver Together event with BTS, the Bangatan Boy Scouts are never shown to be angry or annoyed at B.A.D 4 (minus SUGA having a comment that them trying to take over their concert would get them arrested). They always give the Cookies of Darkness (and Schwarzwalder) compliments and encourage them to sing their song to the crowd. The end of the story, while bittersweet, has the seven sing one more song to themselves (Yet to Come), stating that this chapter of their lives are over, but there's still so much for them to see in the future.
- Werewolf Cookie finally obtains friends thanks to the Cheery Spring Picnic event where he befriends Red Velvet and Schwarzwalder. The latter understands Werewolf Cookie's pains of having to stand in the distance for fear of scaring others, and the former tells Werewolf that he doesn't need lots of friends, just a few good ones to sip juice with. The cutscene ends with the three having a toast to their friendship.
- Did the ending of The Frost Queen and the Lantern in the Snow make you weep? Come one year later in the epilogue of Stories From the Fireplace and Cotton Cookie finally reunites with Sherbet Cookie, with the latter finally able to tell her all the adventures he's had.Sherbet Cookie: I'm back, Cotton Cookie!
- There are quite a few of these in the Crunchy Fortunes event, but Strawberry Crepe's stands out.Fortune: You are not alone: love surrounds you.
- Icicle Yeti's Winter Song spends the first half with Icicle Yeti becoming friends with Snow Sugar Cookie, with Snow Sugar delivering presents from Cotton Cookie to Frost Queen Cookie.
- After Stardust Cookie is saved from his suicidal attempt in the World 16, Explore the Universe on the Cosmic Express is about him having fun and becoming best friends with Space Doughnut. He proclaims that they are going to go see the world together sharing snacks!
