Humans

The Collins

    Martin Collins

  • Author Avatar: Averted, considering Grandis still exists in this continuity to serve this purpose. Him sharing the same name as Grandis' real name and subsequently MF217 is simply because Martin has roots in Roman associated with the Roman God Mars, which fits the main character's overall premise of being partnered with a major entity within the Olympos XII faction.
  • A Degree in Useless: He dropped out of college after realizing his real reason for being there flat out would never work, so he dropped out while his student fees were still low so his parents didn't use up too much of their funding to pay it off.
  • Hidden Depths: He's got a surprisingly impressive athletic body that he admits he could put more effort in to look even more robust, but he prefers to keep himself slender as to not intimidate possible suitors.
  • Hopeless Suitor: His parents believe that Martin won't have any luck with anyone unless he has some sexual experience first, leading to them both recommending Omina's services to Martin and thus kickstarting the plot.
  • Mate or Die: Plutomon intends to hold Omina hostage with the intent of impregnating her as he had just discovered a secret technique that will allow him to pull it off. He makes a deal with Martin going off of Martin's track record of lasting far too long for his own good; if Martin can impregnate Omina within 3 days of her next fertile period, he will let her go unharmed and allow him and Martin to be left out of Plutomon's intents.
  • MRS Degree: Gender Inverted example with his attempt at college with the intentions of finding a suitor on all on his own. His own lack of a spine is what did him in, and even with good grades, he was so focused on trying to score a date that he never seriously considered what to get a degree for in the first place. He drops out after it quickly becomes apparent his lack of social skills are only making him miserable simply being there.
  • No Social Skills: Almost all of his friends growing up abandoned him because he was too focused on his own studies to stay in contact with them. He wasn't exactly a Jerkass, he just had a very skewed case of priorities for a while.
  • Refuge in Audacity: Turns out he never learned about who the actors in the porn videos he masturbates to until a very long time, leaving him completely speechless to learn that the numerous porn videos he masturbates to are made and acted by none other than his own parents when they were significantly younger.
  • Speed Sex: A rare Inverted case; he lasts far too long for his stamina to be able to keep him going without passing out from fatigue first, as Omina points out is both a blessing and a curse in his situation. The curse bit comes known later when Plutomon only agrees to spare Omina from the Dark Area only if Martin can actually succeed in impregnating her within 3 days of the next time she becomes fertile, which gives him about only a week to prepare himself for the task.

    Adam and Sophy Collins

Martin's parents.

Tropes that apply to both:

  • Good Parents: They both love their two sons equally, especially since Sophy knows all too well that her having them for the first time was a sign of her engagement to Adam, since Adam had wanted to propose to Sophy with a ring, but Sophy decided if it was too hard to find a ring he could simply knock her up and she'd be happy with it. Sophy is very sympathetic when her youngest son Martin wants to get into a relationship, and she actively helps him meet Omina and help him become better at appeasing girls in the bedroom, even in spite of their struggles of getting Martin to properly climax during sex.
  • Hooker with a Heart of Gold: Sophy, upon first giving Adam, one of the bartender of her workplace, a free session after seeing how stressed out he had become, begins to develop feelings for him as she does her best to be patient with him and not overwhelm him with sex. Later on, when Adam wants to propose to her but can't find a suitable ring, she knows the timing is perfect for Adam to propose to her another way; by proceeding to knock her up, since she is ovulating at that point in time. Upon confirming her pregnancy within the next few weeks, the two have a proper marriage and begin to settle down, away from their original workplace, as once they had a tendency of filming themselves and uploading their videos online, they began to continue their sex work by making profit off of ad revenue on their videos, both before, during, and sometimes even after Sophy's pregnancy.
  • No Pregger Sex: Averted, as Sophy flat out has sex with Adam during her pregnancies with Martin and Richard, because Sophy and Adam didn't see anything wrong with it, and it helped them prepare for funds they needed for making a bedroom for each of their eventual offspring, because the ad revenue of the pair's videos of sex while Sophy was pregnant drew in the most views.
  • The Oldest Profession: Sophy was a prostitute and occasionally worked at a strip club from which Adam was a bartender at. Often times it was considered normal for the girls working there to cheer up other staff working in said club, and that's how Sophy met Adam proper and eventually the two falling in love. However, Adam couldn't find a suitable ring to impress her on time for her birthday, which he had intended to propose then, but when Sophy simply asks if he can provide her a reason to marry him ring or not, Adam proposes by asking her to bear his children, and as they're already part of the adult industry, film all of the sex they have attempting to conceive and continued sex during pregnancy to upload online and monetize. It needless to say worked a bit too well, as Martin eventually learned the hard way that a good chunk of the porn he was jacking off to for much of his adult life were actually his own parents when they were much younger.
  • The Reveal: When Martin sees them again after having stayed at the Enclosure for over two months, he learns that they had always intended for Martin to live at the enclosure the entire time, and the meeting with Omina and subsequent abduction was all staged. Not only that, but both of them have Digimon to their own name; Gaioumon and Kazuhamon.

Adam exclusive tropes

Sophy exclusive tropes

    Richard Collins

  • Big Brother Bully: He resents the fact that despite both him and Martin being social outcasts, that Martin actually can still function in outside society better than he can, and thus antagonizes him out of an inferiority complex he hides from his younger brother.
  • Cain and Abel: The Cain to Martin's Abel.
  • Sixth Ranger: When Plutomon is expelled from Aegiomon's body, in the aftermath, he finds himself facing a heavily fractured looking Aegiochusmon Dark Mode, with a Digivice App forming in Richard's phone bonding the two. This not only manages to revive Aegiochusmon Dark Mode as his own separate entity, but it also allows Plutomon to find a way to assist Richard with reconciling with his brother.

Sex Workers

    "Omina"

  • Dramatic Irony: Nobody in the cast knows it long before it happens, but Omina is fully aware, and more than likely the audience as well, as to both of her partner Digimon's final forms being able to Combine into RagnaLordmon.
  • Fusion Dance: Her two Partner Digimon most commonly transform into a Sword or Shield from their forms as beings of the Legend-Arms for other Digimon to wield. That's not even getting into their Combination with each other into the mythological RagnaLordmon.
  • Hooker with a Heart of Gold: She's very much a sweetheart to everyone she knows whose she's friends with.
  • The Oldest Profession: Apparently a family friend of the Collins in this regard, even if admittedly being significantly younger than they are. All three know each other if merely because of their direct association with Croft in some capacity and The Enclosure overall.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Nobody knows her real name, assuming she even has one.

    Mayflower

  • Ax-Crazy: She is perhaps the most willing to outright kill others in her role in things.
  • Psycho Knife Nut: She has a prosthetic arm that allows her to fire knives at a rapid rate of fire.

    Yoshino Fujieda

  • Action Girl: She's not just a sex worker, she's also a police officer, as she was in the epilogue of Savers proper. However, no confirmation on whether or not she's still a Tamer here or not.
  • Adaptational Sexuality: Bisexual heavily leaning towards being a fully fledged lesbian. She's not romantically attracted to men, but she is very much sexually charged more around them.
  • Age Lift: Subverted; she has the older age of her "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue appearance at the end of Savers proper, but until then she was at least 18 in the actual series.
  • Aggressive Submissive: She can have a bit of a temper issue anywhere else, and she's prone to provoking her customers if she needs to assuming they're not trying hard enough to please her. Usually the latter is when she's aware her current customer has potential but can't quite reach it. Which is precisely what she learns the hard way when she manages to pull off what was thought to be impossible when having sex with Martin, in which she actually manages to get him to climax, a plot point from which none of the other woman until now have been able to pull off because it turns out they weren't pushing his buttons enough.
  • Hooker with a Heart of Gold: She genuinely wants to help Martin figure out how to climax in intercourse, to the point she didn't need any persuading from Omina to help her efforts in figuring out how to solve Martin's problem in bed.
  • STD Immunity: Averted, considering she carries protection for both parties and has a IUD, something she advised the other girls working at the same station as her to look into. At one point she allows Martin to have sex with her without a condom because she has a hunch that she thinks she knows what to finally do to make him climax. She turns out to be correct, and Martin climaxes inside of her, to which Yoshino mentally sighs in relief since she knows that Martin's first actual climax in intercourse being raw would do wonders for his self-esteem issues.
  • Wham Episode: She's the first sex worker to succeed in making Martin climax, something none of the other woman have managed to pull off because, as it turns out, he needs to be enraged to manage to finish during intercourse. This subsequently has a domino effect that causes a few other characters to behave noticeably different around Martin when he's back at work at The Enclosure, as behind his back Omina is discussing with Croft about plans to prepare herself for conception with Martin as her kid's father, and Croft meanwhile actually noticeably is startled with a seemingly impossible task for Martin having finally been accomplished. Oh, and then there's the aforementioned Mate or Die Sadistic Choice Plutomon pulls against Martin, which is directly in response to his desire to want to mate with Omina himself, but he'll be just as glad to have Martin do so instead if it means he impregnates her in the process.

The Enclosure

  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Croft, Grease, and Krampus are not the actual names of the characters. With Croft in particular, His Name Really Is "Barkeep", whereas Grease currently can't recall his name and apparently the clue to finding his actual name lies in the amnesiac mind of Johana. Krampus apparently never had an individual name for himself, but he rolls with the nickname given to him since he's passive in December from which his namesake is noted to have the most influence.
  • Rag Tag Bunch Of Misfits: All of their Digimon belong to entirely different groups with no real connection to the Olympos XII and have no obvious connection to any of them individually. The only exception is Omina, but she's only part-time part of The Enclosure's staff, mainly because she merely lives at The Enclosure and doesn't manage it full time like Croft or Johana do.

    "Croft"

  • Ambiguously Human:
    • Often joked about regarding who or what he might be considering nobody knows where he even came from. Maybe Magic, Maybe Mundane is in full effect for Croft's true origins, as the narrative is deliberately self-contradictory with evidence for or against.
    • He appears to actually have witnessed the Apocalypse How that happened, but now the world is currently in the Apocalypse Not stage, and Croft is still alive and well. Considering everyone's tendency to want to forget what happened in the first place, Croft would prefer not to elaborate on it because he's trying more to suppress the memories of it. Alternatively, he is also indicated to have been living in the Digital World at one point in time, and it's a plot point that humans within the Digital World lack basic biological needs such as food or sleep, and most certainly don't age while they're there. Croft is confirmed to have actually been there, if merely because that's exactly how he acquired his partner Digimon MetalGreymon X.
  • Expy: Of Ludwig from Satellite City, if merely because of having the same voice actor in mind for Hypothetical Casting. Oh, and often the fact Ludwig's tall height is used as a reference point for Croft's own ludicrous height.
  • Huge Guy, Tiny Girl: His sessions with Omina is somewhat of a means to attempt to intimidate Omina, at least at first, because he learns the hard way that the size difference between partners is a major turn-on for Omina. However, one thing he doesn't have that would really make Omina happier with the sessions would be a more musclebound physique, whereas Croft is ridiculously skinny.
  • Large and in Charge: While in terms of weight he's outclassed by Martin and Johana any day of the week, he's undisputedly the tallest of the The Enclosure's staff.
  • The Leader: He owns the entire landscape from which The Enclosure is comprised of, and as the oldest member of the human protagonist cast, he's perhaps the most prestigious of them all.
  • Mighty Glacier: Both he himself and his MetalGreymon X are inept in regards to agility, but make up for their refined physical strength overall.
  • Noodle Implements: The implied After the End from which the world is currently in the Apocalypse Not stage was apparently witnessed by Croft a very long time ago, meaning Croft actually got to see the Apocalypse How as to why the human population had dropped so drastically. Just don't expect him to tell you any of it, though, because he's dreadful just trying to remember something he's suppressing deep into his mind.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business:
    • He actually emotes in a horrified tone that the Omega Blade is buried in the ground not very far from The Enclosure, and that the placement of the trees nearby indicate it was placed here recently; meaning Imperialdramon Paladin Mode is somewhere not very far.
    • A much more noticeable showcase of emotion of a legitimate Oh, Crap! upon witnessing RagnaLordmon's power first hand, showcasing how utterly horrified he is upon witnessing such unbridled firepower. Considering RagnaLordmon is one of the confirmed Noodle Implements for the Apocalypse How that the world is currently recovered to the point of Apocalypse Not, and that most importantly Croft is old enough to have actually witnessed the event in question...
  • The Stoic:
    • Croft is typically a very emotionless individual much of the time, and when he isn't there's something seriously wrong.
  • Token Evil Teammate: He used to actually be against the protagonists and was actually part of the same company being exploited by the Olympos XII as a front to invade the human world, but when something happened years ago which is responsible for a massive drop in the human population, he decided it wasn't worth fighting with them, and he used what resources he had to found The Enclosure and use it as a refugee camp for Digimon and human who are in exodus from the wrath of the Olympos XII.

    Johana

  • Ms. Fanservice: She's actually shy about this, because she thinks her age turn off potential bedroom partners, especially with the fact Johana often has high standards of men who sleep with her, and Martin's session with her the first time ends about as well as one might expect.
  • Stacy's Mom: Virtually everyone has the hots for her, and nobody is afraid to admit her attractiveness. Not even Croft.

    "Grease"

    "Krampus" ((UNMARKED SPOILERS))

  • Adaptational Villainy: He's the first outright villain of MF217's Author Avatar tendencies in his work, but he typically is an Outside-Context Problem by virtue of not being on anyone's side other than his own, with no overarching goal aside from being a very brutal Blood Knight Psycho for Hire.
  • Author Avatar: By virtue of him being a Fusion Dance of Grandis and Dr. Devoniak.
  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: He's 75 feet tall, surpassing fellow H. s. ultimorius Dalton in size. Unlike Dalton, however, he's physically fit and in his absolute prime condition.
  • The Don: The clashing personalities of Grandis and Devoniak fusing with each other allows him to ascend to this type of role, as he has the intelligence and the wealth to pull it off, and the overall strength he needs to enforce it when cut off from his goons. While he doesn't exactly run The Enclosure, he's capable of providing vast amount of resources to them in exchange for massive fees, leading to him being a Loan Shark if anything else.
  • Frazetta Man: Even more so than any other member of H. s. ultimorius revealed thus far, all because of the fact he's a fully mature, completely healthy specimen capable of showcasing why the entire damned species was so deadly to begin with.
  • Hate Sink: Showcasing the qualities of both of his composites, Krampus is openly rude, obnoxious be it purposefully or not, tiny shades of racism being shown towards specific humans, assuming he isn't just flat out boasting how inferior H. s. sapiens are compared to H. s. ultimorius, even though he's fully aware that his the latter, his own species, had annihilated themselves due to their insufferable arrogance and inner sense of pride. Not only that, but Krampus is rather callous when informing anyone of a given character's murder, often making it sound like, albeit accidentally at this point, that the victims associated with the murder are somehow partially responsible for the individual's death. In some cases, where Krampus actually personally knew such an individual, he'd often bust up laughing in an obnoxious tone about how they had it coming if someone else killed them for so much as causing trouble to Krampus proper.
  • Olympus Mons: He is the very first character from the H. s. ultimorius species to be a prime specimen capable of showing the full extent of what the species was like in their heyday. He's so ludicrously strong that he can stand evenly matched to the average Mega Level Digimon, some of which he's actually managed to outright kill.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: He doesn't work in December. He just doesn't. Not unless he literally lives up to his nickname, that is.
  • Wendigo: A very big, very hairy, blood red skinned humanoid with white fur covering him from head to toe.

Major Digimon

    Aegiomon

Aegiomon in general

  • All Men Are Perverts: Understatement of the year, considering Aegiomon is depicted as being Truer to the Text to Zeus in regards to sexual behavior. Heck, even when Plutomon separates from Aegiomon, Plutomon is just as much of a pervert as Aegiomon is regardless of which form is active.
  • Everybody Loves Zeus: Averted, although having been slain and being reborn without getting any of his old memories back kind of mitigates it a tiny bit; however, he's such a hormone crazed asshole even know that one must wonder if he's always meant to be this way. Once Plutomon is exorcised from his body, he actually tones down on the whole jackass department, but it doesn't completely go away.
  • Everybody Hates Hades: At first, anyways, at least in regards to this particular individual. Plutomon is much more benign once he's freed from Aegiomon's body, from which it turns out Jupitermon's own mind was causing Aegiomon's body to be but a plaything that Jupitermon and Plutomon were violently fighting for control over, causing both of their personalities to effectively merge even when Aegiochusmon achieved his Dark Mode and became Plutomon in the flesh for a while.
  • Politically Incorrect Hero: Considering who he's based on, that goes without saying. He has lots of sex with woman of either human or Digimon, and he's a bit of a homophobic prick, although he's an asshole all across the board either way. Not only that, but Aegiomon has sometimes tied up Martin and forced him to watch as he has sex with other girls, one of which in particular who actively enjoys being watched while doing the deed.

Plutomon

  • Composite Character: His role as Prometheus is the reason he was excluded from the Olympos XII; he went too far after mankind had just made First Contact with Digimon, and him gifting mankind the first stock of Chrome Digizoid to use to benefit their kind proved to be too much for Jupitermon to stand, because Jupitermon wanted to also gift humanity Chrome Digizoid on his own terms, but that honor was stolen from him.
  • Everyone Hates Hades: Averted once he's finally freed, as by this point he gets out of the protagonists faces altogether and leaves them be, and when it came to the Sadistic Choice regarding the Mate or Die decision he gave Martin to Omina in regards to impregnating her, it turns out he was hired by Omina to stage the whole arrangement in light of the news that one of Omina's co-workers got Martin to climax. Plutomon went through with carrying out the plan both because he knew he'd get to see proof it happening.
  • Nice Guy: Once he's truly back to his own separate entity he's this, although he does have a bit of an uncontrollable temper at times.

Jupitermon

  • Big Prick, Big Problems: He can't have sex with Omina in this form, because not only does Jupitermon have a big dick, but he's also around 20 feet tall in height; far too large to realistically have sex with a human as his Mega Level form.
  • Everyone Loves Zeus: Downplayed, considering his original form had perished many years ago with almost all of his reborn traits being a tiny bit nicer than he was originally, but even then he's still a bit dickish to even his own allies and is just as hormone crazed of a bastard than ever. Heck once Plutomon is free from his body, he's even hornier than he was before to the point he keeps the entire female cast on edge by just how much pent up sexual frustration he needs to unleash all at once.

    Zubamon and Ludomon

    Renamon X

  • Fusion Dance: With Johana into Sakuyamon X. This is her only means of digivolving in any capacity, as she completely lacks the ability to go beyond Rookie by herself.

    Chuumon

  • Fartillery: As Chuumon, Sukamon, and Etemon, he's prone to a lot of Toilet Humor based attacks by virtue of the three forms in question being associated with them. However, beginning with Etemon, he relies on such moves less and less.
  • The Runt at the End: Compared to the other main character's partner Digimon, he's without question the weakling of the bunch.

    MetalGreymon X

  • Mighty Glacier: Arguably the slowest of the partner Digimon, but without question among the most powerful of the initial cast.
  • The Quiet One: If he can speak, he's not shown it to anyone.

    Imperialdramon Paladin Mode

  • Outside-Context Problem: The Royal Knights had no involvement in the plot whatsoever until his distinct sword is found buried in the ground within range of The Enclosure.

    Junomon

  • First Contact: She is the very first Digimon encountered in the entire human world due to the invention of the Antikythera mechanism being intended as a gift towards her, to showcase man's full potential. While the device was applied during Greco-Roman times, it allowed humanity to witness the whole conflict of the Olympos XII and other Digimon, until the machine eventually broke down and became lost to time, until someone had recovered it and stolen it with the intent of proving mankind to be the new gods after the Olympos XII had effectively abandoned them.

    Marsmon (UNMARKED SPOILERS)

  • Composite Character: Of the Bearmon line from Digimon World 3, in that his Digivolution line is Bearmon > Grizzlymon > GrapLeomon > Marsmon. Then again this was Marsmon's debut in the franchise.
  • First Contact:
    • Martin's first encounter with Digimon was with Marsmon, after having accidentally found a way into the Digital World via a tunnel in the ground of where he lives. Marsmon escorted him and showcased the beauties of the Digital World to him, and when Martin was curious as to why he's being so generous, Marsmon says that Martin bears one of many variations of his own name, and introduces himself as being the Mars from Greco-Roman myth. In the light of the results, Marsmon introduces Martin to his future partner Digimon, currently in the form of WhiteLopmon, who is currently awaiting for Martin's eventual 21st birthday, in which Marsmon had been ordered to guard Martin's safety up until then. After that point, WhiteLopmon would have to work out how to find his way into the human world to be with Martin, in which he digivolves into Aegiomon by the time Martin's birthday arrives.
    • He apparently appeared on Yggdrasil's server of the Digital World eons before the other Olympos XII ever did. Understandable in context, as in regards to the entire Olympos XII pantheon, Marsmon was the first of them to debut in the whole franchise.
  • Foil: To Lady Sigma from the rest of Citadel of the Heart or even Diary of an Analog. Lady Sigma is an Alphamon, and is thus the leader of the Royal Knights. Her species made her debut sometime after a few of the other Royal Knights, and she has a Combination Mega form with Alphamon Ouryuken. Marsmon, meanwhile, is not the leader of the Olympos XII, and is the first member of which to debut in the franchise before any of the others, and only has other, stronger Mega Level forms by using the same Loophole Abuse that Lady Sigma uses with having an immortal Digicore which would've given him plenty of time to learn how to become virtually any Digimon form he pleased whenever the situation called for it. However, even with this case in mind, Marsmon does not have Complete Immortality like Lady Sigma does. On one other note, Marsmon has a nickname like how Lady Sigma does, in the form of simply Mars, but otherwise is referred to as his species' overall name, whereas Lady Sigma is almost exclusively referred to by her nickname.
