  • Doug from Wild Hogs wears an AC/DC T-shirt.
  • Empire Records: To blow off steam, Joe goes into his office and puts on "If You Want Blood (You Got It)", which he plays drums to, and other staff at the store sing along to or lip-sync to.
  • In The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Cole wears an AC/DC T-shirt with the band's logo written in Ninjagoese.
  • In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, not only Iron Man earned some songs by the band (the soundtrack to Iron Man 2 is even an AC/DC compilation), but he is visibly a fan, with his entrance in Germany in The Avengers (2012) having Tony hijack SHIELD's audio systems to play "Shoot to Thrill". In Spider-Man: Far From Home, Tony's plane plays some AC/DC while creating Spidey's new suit (although Peter mistakes it for Led Zeppelin...).
  • School of Rock: Dewey tests Zack's guitar skills with "Highway to Hell", he does a call to arms directly lifted from "For Those About to Rock", and during the end credits, Dewey and the band perform "It's a Long Way to the Top (If you Wanna Rock-n-Roll)".
  • In The Super Mario Bros. Movie, "Thunderstruck" plays during the sequence where Mario, Peach, and Toad make their karts in the Jungle Kingdom.
