     Heroes

  • The Nightwalker is one for Batman and Doctor Strange as he is a mystical wizard who defends reality but also is The Cowl who protects the worst city in America.
  • Ultragod is the Superman Substitute of the setting, being the first superhero from the 1930s with Flying Brick powers as well as Hard Light powers. He is also the equivalent of Green Lantern, being able to make constructs with his mind.
  • Ultragoddess is one for Supergirl w/ Green Lanterns powers, being the daughter of Big Good Ultragod and his version of Lois Lane.
  • The Society of Superheroes reflects archetypes of the Justice League (Ultragod for Superman/Green Lantern, Guinevere for Wonder Woman, Prismatic Commando for Captain America, the Nightwalker for Batman and so on. They are the world's premiere heroes and have a moon base.
  • The Shadow Seven are stand-ins for the Suicide Squad and Thunderbolts, being a team assembled for the purposes of redeeming supervillains.
  • The Extreme! seem to be one for Youngblood, X-Force, the Authority, and every other 90s Antihero superhero team. They're a bunch of angsty Antihero Nominal Hero types with needless cybernetics, ninja, as well as Stripperiffic costumes.
  • Sunlight seems to be a parody of the Burt Ward Robin from the 1960s Batman series. He's an elderly Badass Normal superhero who spent a great deal of time in rehab for his partying Sixties lifestyle.
  • Nightgirl seems to be one for Spoiler/Batgirl/Barbara Gordon. She's a millionaire heiress working against her supervillain father and inherits the power of the Batman Expy.
  • The Backwoodsman seems to be a Canadian send-up of Wolverine from his brief description. He's a mountain man immortal who is considered an undisputed badass. Later, a second Wolverine Expy appears in the form of the Wildebeast, who is a cyborg werewolf who works for the Tomorrow Society.
  • The Prismatic Commando (formerly the AmeriCommando) is a Composite Character of Iron Man, Green Lantern, and Captain America. He was a WW2 veteran who received a set of alien space armor but broke away from being the government's tool to fight for a more hippie progressive cause. He was also named Steven Soldiers.
  • Guinevere is the Wonder Woman Wannabe of the setting, being Morgan Le Fey's daughter and Mordred's twin sister. She wielded the sword Caliburn and came from an island of female druids who raised her to fight evil.
  • The Foundation for World Harmony is a United Government (itself an Expy for the UN) agency devoted to fighting supervillainous terrorist organizations.
  • Valkyrie Girl and Viking Boy are this for the Marvel Family. They're Kid Hero orphans who gained the power to become adults through Norse magic.
  • Red Sindi is one for Red Sonja, to the point of being a Captain Ersatz. Basically a Barbarian Hero version of Cindy with beautiful red hair and a magic sword.
  • Splotch is actually a Legacy Hero Spider-Man with a few generations of quipping swinging heroes dating back to the Sixties. The original Splotch being the Steve Dikto one, the Eighties and Nineties Splotch being the married one, and the modern one being the MCU one alongside his cousins. There'd even Red Splotch, who is one for Ben Reilly from the Clone Saga. They make magical constructs and use Casting a Shadow stilts as well as legs to swing around, though. Mimi starts dating the Miles Morales-analog at one point.
  • The Chrome Scarab AKA Rocketdeath is one for the Beetle, even containing a version of his Heel–Face Turn to Mach IV.
  • Robin Hood and Maid Marian are archer heroes standing in for Hawkeye and Mockingbird or Green Arrow and Black Canary.
  • The Trench Coat Magician is one for Occult Detective types like John Constantine, Doctor Occult, and so on.

     Villains
  • Gary Karkofsky is one for the Hood crossed with Peter Parker. He's a Working-Class Hero at least at first who loses his beloved relative to a random attack and decides to use his powers to become a supervillain based on their example. He is prone to massive amounts of quippage and bad luck. He's a lot more successful than Peter, though. Also, strangely successful with the opposite sex.
  • Cindy Wakowski a.k.a Red Riding Hood is one for Harley Quinn as a beautiful female henchwoman, snarky attitude, and Chaotic Evil Big Fun personality.
  • Diabloman is a down-on-his-luck combination of Deathstroke and Bane. He's the former archenemy of the Texas Guardians, who were a teenage hero team, and a No Nonsense Villain. He also is a Luchadore who fought the Nightwalker many times.
  • The Ice Scream Man, the Typewriter, and Big Ben are horrifying yet campy villains that menaced the Nightwalker during his days as Falconcrest City's defender. Word of God says they were ones for the Sixties Joker, Riddler, and Penguin.
  • Tom Terror seems to be a combination of the Red Skull, Doctor Sivanna, and Golden to Silver Age Lex Luthor. He's a Nazi Mad Scientist who is the present leader of most supervillains as well as founder of PHANTOM. He is the archenemy of Ultragod as well.
  • Psychoslinger is a Psychopathic Manchild and Not-So-Harmless Villain with a goofy gimmick who just loves killing people for fun. He's very similar to Bullseye.
  • Zul-Barbas is Cthulhu with the serial-numbers filed off. Also comes with his own cult and Necronomicon with The Book of Midnight. Basically, an Eldritch Abomination that wants to enter this reality and end reality.
  • The Brotherhood of Infamy combines the cult of Cthulhu and Brotherhood of Owls. It's a secret conspiracy that worships the Great Beasts and is the source for most of Falconcrest City's misery.
  • P.H.A.N.T.O.M is one for Hydra being a The Remnant of the Nazis with lots of super science and occult power.
  • President Omega is a combination of Handsome Jack and the Red Skull with Kang the Conqueror. He's a snarky asshole that can match Gary quip for quip but he's from the future and came back in time to destroy the peaceful utopian origins of his reality.
  • Nikki Tesla is a Gender Flipped version of Doctor Octopus, being a Mad Scientist enemy of Splotch that also has multiple arms. She notably is in a Dating Catwoman relationship with Red Splotch.
  • Other Gary seems to draw from the Justice Lords in the Justice League cartoon and villains in Injustice: Gods Among Us, particularly the portrayal of Superman. There's also some Superboy Prime and Alex Luthor in his desire to bring back his old world. He's basically the Silver Age Gary from a Lighter and Softer world driven mad by his reality being replaced with a Darker and Edgier one.
  • Entropicus is one for Skeletor, Darkseid, Thanos, and Shao Khan all rolled into one. He's a Multiversal Conqueror who lives at the end of time and a Physical God that turns out to have been Death's former consort. He wants to end all life everywhere.
  • The League of Archvillains is one for the Legion of Doom. It's a collection of Big Bad supervillains who are led by no less than Dracula himself with such luminaries as Baba Yaga among their ranks. They also live in a secret fortress in the middle of a swamp.
  • The Dragon King is one for Fing Fang Foom, Godzilla, and Thulsa Doom. It is a Hyborian Age kaiju-sized dragon that fought barbarian heroes before getting woken up in the Fifties by nuclear testing. It later became a Doctor No-esque island crime lord.
  • The Red Condor is one for the Vulture, being an enemy of Splotch and extremely old Gadgeteer Genius.

     Other
  • The United Government is a stand-in for the United Nations, having a lot more power and more akin to the one depicted in spy fiction from the Sixties.
  • Superpedia is the in-universe version of Wikipedia with a bigger focus on superheroes.
  • CrimeTube is one for Youtube being a video based channel that lots of people stream on.
  • Londonium is a steampunk Ruritania ruled by a 19th century version of Doctor Doom.
  • The Hollow Earth is a Lost World similar to the Savage Land and Skartaris. It is also, of course, one for Pellucidar.
