Creator / Design Office MECHAMAN

Established in 1976 as an offshoot to Tatsunoko Production, Design Office MECHAMAN (デザインオフィス メカマン) is a support studio which primarily specializes in backgrounds and mecha designs. Their name shows up in the credits of numerous Studio Pierrot and Sunrise works, as does that of their founder, the late Mitsuki Nakamura, who served as art director for dozens of productions.
