"Yes, I'm still alive!"

Voiced by: Alan Marriott

One of the main characters, a friendly, yet arrogant and hyperactive agent of U.Z.Z. Recruited at a comic book convention in San Diego, Victor tends to be ditzy most of the time, but is shown to be very capable at fighting crime like his partner, Anita.

  • Alliterative Name: Victor Volt.
  • All the Other Reindeer: Victor tends to be looked down upon by his peers thanks to his arrogance and occasional lazy nature.
  • Always Someone Better: While Victor is one of the top agents, he is typically overshadowed by Anita. On an agent training course assessment, Victor gets a score of “A” while Anita scores an “A+”. One episode drives the point home by having agents ranked with numbers based on their skill, with Anita getting Agent #1 and Victor getting Agent #2.
  • Ambiguously Absent Parent: Only his mother is present. It's never explained what happened to his father or if he's even still alive. It's eventually revealed in "The Wobble Men From Dimension Ten" that his father is not only still alive, but has been stuck in the titular dimension for the last twenty years.
  • Big Eater: Eats quite a bit.
  • Blue Is Heroic: Wears a blue suit.
  • Brainy Brunette: Zig-zagged. While Victor isn't very bright, he occasionally does come up with a plan to defeat the villains, which always succeeds.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: While Victor isn't very bright, he does have potential to be just as good, if not even better, than Anita. The only things stopping him are his laziness and arrogance. Eventually, he does seem to overcome this, as shown by his future self being the new commander of U.Z.Z.
  • Butt-Monkey: He suffers this the worst out of all the cast. Even when he gets a temporary "Luck gene", said gene is cancelled out since everyone else gets it.
  • Cat Boy: Temporarily becomes one after his DNA gets fused with a cat. Although the typical cat ears and tail aren't seen.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Victor can be this from time to time.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Usually is this when annoyed.
  • Disappeared Dad: Victor doesn't see his dad very much due to the latter being stuck in the Wobbly Men's dimension for the last two decades.
  • Future Badass: He's revealed to be one in "Victor of the Future," although the "terrible future" aspect of the trope doesn't seem to be present. He now has Changed Daily's role and his daily codenames are much less embarrassing.
  • Genki Boy: Very cheerful, hyperactive, and friendly.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: He was apparently the only person who didn't know his own parents were U.Z.Z. agents, too.
  • No-Respect Guy: Victor is a constant Butt-Monkey, with Professor Professor, Changed Daily and even Anita making fun of him or actively making his life worse. He's usually the one to test out Professor Professor's gadgets.
  • Official Couple: Word of God stated that he and Anita eventually hooked up.
  • Only Sane Man: Whenever Anita is busy gushing over Alphonse or when everyone else is acting crazy.
  • Straw Vegetarian: Averted; not once does he ever bring up that he's vegetarian. The only time his vegetarianism comes up at all is in "Alien Attack" when it makes him the only one immune to the smells the titular aliens give off.

    Anita Knight

Anita Knight

One of the best U.Z.Z. agents there is.
Voiced by: Kate Harbour

One of the main characters, a strong and intelligent agent of U.Z.Z, who specializes in weaponry. Recruited at the Olympics as an Olympic skier, Anita tends to be the straight woman in all of her and Victor's missions and usually scolds him whenever he is off task. She has a crush on an Italian sculptor named Alphonse.

    Professor Professor

Professor Professor

"Totally untested und highly dangerous!"
Voiced by: Rob Rackstraw

A scientist who makes gadgets to help Victor and Anita out on their missions and enjoys testing them out on Victor.

  • Alliterative Name: Professor Professor
  • Cloud Cuckoolander: He's a Genius Ditz too, but can also delve into nonsensical ramblings and sudden shouting.
  • Curtains Match the Window: Has green eyes to go with his green hair (what's left of it anyway).
  • For Science!: Makes this claim whenever experimenting on Victor or anyone else.
  • Genius Ditz: Can make rather ignorant decisions, but is shown to be very intelligent with his inventions.
  • Jerkass: You would think that Professor Professor would bother to test his experiments rather than waiting until Victor needed them, but apparently not. Professor Professor always seems intent on screwing around with people, even when it would really be inappropriate (like in the middle of a life or death situation).
  • Running Gag: Asking Victor if he's still alive after something seemingly fatal happens to him.
  • Time-Traveling Jerkass: He's implied to be even more of a jerkass in the future. In "Victor of the Future", when asked by present Victor what defeated the Floaty-Heads back when this was happening for him, Future Professor Professor plays a guessing game and then has Victor throw potatoes at their ship.

    "Changed Daily"

"Changed Daily"; real name unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tss_changed_daily.png
"As you know, for reasons of security, my name is changed daily. Today you may call me..."

Voiced By: Keith Wickham
The chief of U.Z.Z. He used to be around Victor and Anita's rank with his old partner, Lucy Woo, before becoming chief. His identity is apparently just so secret that he's given another name every day to hide it, and it's usually a very embarrassing one.
  • Amicable Exes: While he and Lucy Woo are on good terms, Lucy is still upset with him for leaving her in a hamster wheel for 20 years.
  • As You Know: For reasons of the utmost security of U.Z.Z, his name is Changed Daily...literally. He says variations of his Alt Text quote at least Once an Episode whenever he gets his new name.
  • Atrocious Alias: Without fail, his daily code-name is an utter embarassment. One episode has him dream about receiving the name "Rock Justice", only for someone to come along and remind him that he's dreaming.
  • Butt-Monkey: The U.Z.Z team give him silly names, he acts rather petulantly when angered, and can come off as a bit of a Ditz.
  • Constantly Changing Name: As noted, he always has a different name in every episode, and it’s always something ridiculously silly.
  • I Have Many Names: Gets a new one literally every day. He's literally referred to as "Changed Daily" by fans as a sort of default name for the sake of simplicity.
  • Iconic Item: His mantelpiece, which he's always leaning on, and takes with him everywhere... so he can lean on it.
  • Manchild: He can act like this at times.
  • My Name Is ???: A weird variant in that when he's not being referred to as "Changed Daily" by fans and online sources, his name is given as a bunch of asterisks in scripts. This is due to him always having a different name in every episode.
  • Silver Fox: Has grayish-blue hair and a grayish-blue mustache. They were black when he was younger.

    Special Agent Ray

Raymondo "Ray"

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tss_ray.png
"Run...The Secret Show!"
Voiced by: Martin Hyder
One of the main characters. Special Agent Ray is the one in charge of ejecting Sweet Little Granny and transitioning to The Secret Show. Ray is very devoted to his job and U.Z.Z.
  • Blue Is Heroic: Has blue hair, and wears a blue tuxedo.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: While he is the straight man to everyone else's crazy, his ways of getting rid of Sweet Little Granny are rather silly.
  • Character Catchphrase: "Run... The Secret Show!"
  • Cool Shades: Wears these to hide his identity.
  • Hidden Depths: It's revealed that he has an interest in music, and he can play the trumpet exceptionally well.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Although his actions towards Sweet Little Granny are questionable, he does apologize every time he ejects her and gives carrots to her bunnies when they help him get rid of her.
  • Karma Houdini: Rarely gets punished over his actions towards Sweet Little Granny, though there have been times where Sweet Little Granny got back at him.
  • Not So Above It All: Can get as crazy as everyone else.
  • The Stoic: Doesn't show much emotion.
  • Would Harm a Senior: Has no qualms over ejecting Sweet Little Granny in some violent ways.

T.H.E.M. (The Horrible Evil Menace)

    Doctor Doctor

Susan "Doctor Doctor"

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tumblr_inline_oc66xqncop1ryfm2f_250.png
Voiced by: Kate Harbour
The show's primary antagonist. She always tries to destroy U.Z.Z and rule the world, but she always fails.

  • Alliterative Name: Doctor Doctor; however, according to the old website, her real name is Susan.
  • Amazing Technicolor Population: Has teal hair and blue-tinted skin. In fact, she's the only human character not to have a natural skin color (assuming she is human, anyway).
  • Big Bad: She's the most recurring villain of the show, causing the most grief for U.Z.Z. and its agents in comparison to any other villain they've faced.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: She doesn't exactly try to hide the fact that she's evil, even going so far as to call herself a bad guy in "The Thing That Goes Ping".
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: She wears purple pointy-ended cat's-eye glasses and is the leader of T.H.E.M.
  • Helicopter Hair: Has a propeller in her hair that comes out whenever she needs to fly off somewhere.
  • Impossible Hourglass Figure: Her waistline is practically nonexistent. Justified due to the art style.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: Despite her rather tyrannical nature, she often acts childish, laughing maniacally when she sees victory on the horizon and nearly throwing a temper tantrum whenever her plans fail.
  • Scary Teeth: Her teeth have rotted to the point that they wiggle every time she speaks above a whisper. It's strongly hinted in "Return of the Killer Toothbrush" that the titular invention (a project she and Professor Professor had worked on when they were students at The School for the Chronically Gifted) was the one responsible for ruining her teeth.

Other Baddies

    The Impostors
  • Character Catchphrase: "Ding ba doo!", which translates to "Freeze the world!" in their language.
  • Hard Light: Whenever they have to disguise themselves, they project holographic bodies around them that can physically interact with objects.
