The Ninja
The Ninja/"Violet"/"Elise"
The protagonist of the story. Formerly an ordinary civilian man, she was transformed after finding a sword in an alleyway. Now, she is currently investigating a local crystal cult rumored to be involved in a process called the Reformation.

- Cyber Ninja: Case in point.
- Cyborg: An interpretation of her origin.
- Katanas Are Just Better: Natch. And it's a cybernetic design too.
- Sensual Spandex: Apart from a few armor plates on the shoulders, arms, abdomen and legs, it's mostly a black skintight battlesuit.
- Shock and Awe: One pull of the sword's trigger unleashes a surge of electricity so powerful it can destroy virtually anything.
- Super-Speed
- Super-Strength
- Thou Shalt Not Kill: Has recently adopted this policy when dealing with any further transformed thralls.
- Vigilante Man: What she primarily is, post transformation.

- One-Gender Race: Everyone who was transformed thus far becomes a female, even if their hosts and past selves weren't.
- Rock Monster: Unlike the modern stereotype of being dumb, muscular, rocky brutes, these golems instead resemble lithe female humanoids sporting crystal formations as smooth as finely cut gemstones.
- Seadog Peg Leg: All of their legs end in jagged, sharp crystalline blades.
- Soul Jar
- Tragic Monster: It is doubtful that they wanted to be transformed in such painful ways, along with having their freedom taken from them.

- Happily Married: Subverted. They were transformed into brainwashed golems, under a false bliss, on the day they went to purchase a wedding ring.

Leadership and Ministry
[[folder:The Priestess]]The Priestess/"Edith"
The main antagonist of the second arc.- Arc Villain: She's effectively the Big Bad of the second arc. It remains to be seen, however, just how much authority she commands over the cult itself.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Not only did transforming her lovebird patrons allow her to set up her One-Winged Angel form, but she can effectively use them as Human Shields and perform a Body Surf, escaping from the ninja twice.
- Bishōnen Line: For the whole race as a whole - her new form is arguably the most human-looking out of all the golems shown thus far - no jagged appendages growing from her body, no uneven gem formations on her limbs - just a normally- shaped humanoid made from perfectly arranged liquid metal and a crystallized leotard. Hell, she even simulates fabric from crystalline molecules!
- Body Surf: Whenever she's in danger, she can transfer her consciousness into another golem's body and take control of it.
- Combat Stilettos: Made of crystal formations, no less.
- Fountain of Youth: What the liquid metal combined with the crystal's power does to her body - it gave her a body resembling her younger days, made her taller, and more beautiful.
- Long-Range Fighter: Primarily serves as one during her fight against the ninja girl.
- Luckily, My Shield Will Protect Me: Can quickly generate one out of thin air post-transformation, during her fight with the ninja girl.
- Removing the Head or Destroying the Brain: [[spoiler: After her body was obliterated into pieces, all that remained was her silver head still intact - apparently, the diadem on her forehead happened to be the last core in . The ninja girl quickly caught onto this and threatened to kill her anyway.
- Sinister Minister: Natch.
- Spontaneous Weapon Creation: With the ability to generate shards and shields out of thin air, she has this.
- Unskilled, but Strong
