The Devout Leaders
In General
The various generals of the Wicked Devout who seek to return the world to the way the Wicked God intended.
- Big Bad Duumvirate: After the death of their master, they later take his spot as the novel's main antagonist starting in Volume 24 and have since become intent in completing his plans of terrorising the entire world as well as planning to revive him by finding a vessel suited for him.
- Co-Dragons: All of the Devout's Generals acted as de facto lieutenants to the Wicked God, due to them having close-cut loyalties to him and have been fanatically worshipping him. But after the Wicked God's fall, they later take his spot as the main antagonist and have an agenda to continue the Wicked God's own mission.
- Color-Coded Characters: Each one is associated with a particular color. This is both the color of their signature weapon, as well as the "hearts" of their respective minions.
- Indigo: Blue
- Scarlet: Red
- Hazel: Brown
- Tangerine: Orange
- Orchid: Purple
- Deity of Human Origin: They're former humans that now possess the divinity that once belonged to the Wicked God, making them a serious threat to the regular inhabitants of their world.
- Dragon Ascendant: While they are only acting as Co-Dragons to the Wicked God in technicality, they all loyally serve as the deity's lieutenants. After becoming a deity by consuming a dust from the remains of the evil deity, they later continue the Wicked God's Evil Plan by planning to revive their master with a worthy vessel after Touya defeated him, making themselves the newest threat that Touya and his allies have to face.
- Dragon Their Feet: Throughout the story they were never mentioned or made an appearance even in the battle with the Wicked God against the World Alliance led by Touya. Justified as they were simply former humans who fanatically worshipped the Wicked God and only them consuming the dust from his remains made them evil deities and now the active threat to the merged world after the Wicked God's fall, thus outliving him. They ultimately make an appearance in Volume 24 and are now making moves against Touya and his allies in their attempts to fulfill the Wicked God's mission, as well as planning to revive him through a new vessel and plotting another goal of world destruction.
- Religion of Evil: They worship the Wicked God that once terrorized the world, and seek to revive it by building it a worthy vessel.
- Was Once a Man: All of them are former humans who had survived after consuming the golden dust from the remains of the Mutant Phrase. They're now divine vessels that work to continue the mission of the Wicked God.
- Weapon Specialization: Each of them wields a special weapon known as a "vessel" that are on par with a divine artifact.
- Indigo: Hatchet
- Scarlet: Rapier
- Hazel: Meat Cleaver
- Tangerine: Mace
- Orchid: Spear
