* StraightMan: To his girlfriend Louise.

!!Louise Halevy

Saji's [[HighSchoolSweetHearts long-time girlfriend.]] Due to the brutal murder of her family and the loss of her left hand late in the first season, she joined [[StateSec A-LAWS]] in the second season for a chance at {{revenge}}. She eventually fought Saji, who was a [[TagAlongKid Tag Along Guy]] and SixthRanger to Celestial Being at the time, and [[CompletelyMissingThePoint accused]] [[HorribleJudgeOfCharacter him]] as a CB spy from the start. Fortunately, they got better.

Voiced by Creator/ChiwaSaito (Japanese) and Creator/KellySheridan (English)
-----

* BlueBlood

* {{Chickification}}: Averted. Yes, she's ill again, but we already know that being a DarkActionGirl [[WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity REALLY wasn't too good for her physical and mental health.]] [[BreakTheCutie And we got to see it in all details]], therefore her situation does '''not''' fulfill the main requirement: to be pushed aside of action ''without'' valid in-story justification.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Due to the events in the series.

* EvolutionaryLevels: She is a Pseudo-Innovator.
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: She grows her hair back to its [[RapunzelHair original (season 1) length.]]
* IllGirl: Due to Ribbons' medication. Fortunately, she's getting better.
* [[LastOfHisKind Last Of Her Kind]]: She is the Halevy clan's only survivor after Nena's attack. And since she reconciled with Saji, who she is engaged with, the Halevy clan will be extinct surname wise when they do marry since she and their would be children will most likely use Saji's (Crossroad) last name. Unless she and Saji reach an agreement about it per a Japanese custom that allows a man who's marrying an only daughter of a higher social standard to be "adopted" into her family and renouce his family name. The fact that this is also the year ''2311'' might also help; a man taking a woman's family name probably isn't too unheard of, considering it's common enough for people in most first-world countries ''now'' to think it little more than a curiosity.
** Patrick took Kati's last name, so there's even more reason.
* LatinLover: Still subverted because she still doesn't act like one towards Saji.

* RapunzelHair
* ShellShockedVeteran: Outright stated to have PTSD.

!!Marie Parfacy
[[quoteright:272:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/soma.jpg]]

Originally introduced in the series as Soma Peries, HRL's (and later A-LAWS') resident SuperSoldier AcePilot, she is revealed to have come from the same SuperSoldier institution as Allelujah. * ParentalSubstitute: To the orphaned kids she met in Kataron.
* PlatonicLifePartners: According to Setsuna and her, and they make sure to emphasize this. [[spoiler:Not that it stops them from ultimately getting married in the manga adaptation. Which according to the mangaka is purely symbolic.]]

* ReplacementGoldfish: To a degree, Setsuna sees her as a mother figure - helps the perception of this trope that she ''does'' look like a younger version of his MissingMom.
* RoyalBlood
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: With Shirin obviously.

!!Shirin Bakhtiar

Marina's best friend, advisor and lady in waiting, who does not doubt to scold Marina when she hesitates. She left the Palace in season 2 and becomes a member of the rebel group Katharon to keep fighting for Azadistan in her own way. Now, she seems to be back on her side.

Louise's [[HighSchoolSweetHearts long-time boyfriend]] whose life changed drastically because of Celestial Being. In the first season, he used to live a normal life with his late sister right next door to Setsuna's [[WhamEpisode until]] his girlfriend got badly hurt [[ButtMonkey and eventually]] his sister killed. In season 2, he was MistakenForTerrorist by A-LAWS and was about to be executed, only to be saved by Setsuna. Because he got nowhere to go, he was forced to become Celestial Being's [[TagAlongKid Tag Along Guy]], and eventually SixthRanger, when he realized his girlfriend was now part of A-LAWS. It was a hard battle, but [[IKnowYouAreInThereSomewhereFight he regained his girl]] and [[EarnYourHappyEnding earned his happy ending.]]

* EvolutionaryLevels: She is a Pseudo-Innovator.

* RapunzelHair
* ShellShockedVeteran: Outright stated to have PTSD.

* VoluntaryShapeShifting: There are several forms they seem to gravitate to by default, but it's pretty clear that they can take any form they desire, with no limitation other than size (and even that could be called into question).
* ZergRush: They tend to do this in combat, sending out massive swarms of smaller ELS to absorb and assimilate other things. They're easy to shoot down, but there's just ''so many of them'' that they get through regardless.

While there are no romantic tensions in their interaction, it should be noted that said segment was focused on the four meisters' relationships with the important ladies in their lives (e.g.: Setsuna with Marina, Allelujah with Marie), so Feldt's presence in Lyle's story could also count as this.
