Whitty Whitmore
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
The B3 variant of Whitmore who, along with Julian Whitmore, is a wanted criminal that forms the Gunpowder Twins gang.
- No Guy Wants to Be Chased: He is hunted down by The Association of New Kalon (TANK) before he is captured and arrested by the end of the week.
- Artificial Human: Whitty is a lab-grown genetic mashup of 20% Human, 80% Other.
- Cartoon Bomb: Whitty's head, of the sphere-with-a-fuse variety. His icon at the bottom of the screen makes it more obvious. His lore mentions that his head is shaped that way because he developed in a specifically-designed caged.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: See Rage Breaking Point below.
- Harsh Vocals: Whitty's voice is very low and growling, resembling the sounds of an electric guitar.
- Limp and Livid: Whitty adopts this pose after he goes ballistic. His poses in this state make him look like he's being violently jerked around like a puppet by its strings, and by this point he practically screams his verses. For good measure, his fuse also lights up.
- Non-Human Head: Whitty explicitly has a Cartoon Bomb for a head, complete with fuse. White it is representative of his temper, Whitty is literally a walking bomb, and is fully capable of exploding.
- Playing with Fire: Downplayed; During the opening cutscene, Whitty disposes of the Daddy Dearest poster he rips apart by burning both halves into nothing immediately after dropping them, but he never actually lights anything else on fire after that.
- Rage Breaking Point: Whitty reaches this right before the third song, shaking violently before crushing his mic like a soda can, tossing it to the ground and unleashing one hell of a Skyward Metal Scream.
Julian Whitmore
I think I saw you at Target that one time!
The B3 variant of Julian biTch Whitmore who, along with Whitty Whitmore, is a wanted criminal that forms the Gunpowder Twins gang.
He was added in V1 in the first week, and a freeplay opponent with his songs, (in story mode) UND3RGR0UND and (in freeplay) Bargain. However, he will be removed from V2 due to a request from Sock.Clip.
- No Guy Wants to Be Chased: He is hunted down by The Association of New Kalon (TANK). However, unlike his brother, he manages to escape.
- Ambiguously Human: His skin is overly dark (being a reddish-brown) and his eyes are blue.
- Playing with Fire: During UND3RGR0UND's dialogue, he accidentally pulls out a hand grenade he uses as a weapon.
Snow 'Em Out Struggle + Annie
Garcello and Annie
- Dark Is Not Evil: Garcello sets off all the red flags of someone you don't wanna trust or approach, and yet he is actually a very polite and respectful person.
- Determinator: Despite his severe frostbite, he carries on rap battling despite the pain. He dies two songs in, and he finishes the last two songs as a ghost.
- Eye-Obscuring Hat: Downplayed. His eyes are very much hidden behind a pair of goggles.
- Amazing Technicolor Population: In her Shapeshifter form, Annie's skin is lime.
- Face Framed in Shadow: Annie's eyes are never seen at all.
- Savvy Guy, Energetic Girl: Downplayed somewhat, but Annie is the Energetic Girl to Garcello's Savvy Guy. In the official artwork shown above, she's shown shouting excitedly while Garcello stands beside her in a "Hasta La Vista" type pose.

Shadow.EXE/X3NOPHANES
- Meaningful Name: As his name suggests, he is an EXE version of a character from the Sonic series named "Shadow the Hedgehog".
Soul Scourge, Miles, Patch and Ovi Kintobor
The Green Freak named Scourge himself and his 2 worst enemies named Miles Prower and Patch D'Coolette…and his arch-rival, Dr. Ovi Kintobor. All four of them were claimed as Torment's victims, but they're all brought back from the dead for Triple B Trouble... but it turns out that they aren't really willing to serve Torment as they would like them to be.
- Adaptational Badass: Ovi Kintobor was the least able to put up a fight of the three due to being a completely normal human. In the mod, his segment of "Triple B Trouble" is generally regarded as the hardest due to its increased BPM, sudden flip in perspective, and his segment lasting the longest of the characters involved next to Scourge himself. It's even hinted by the fact that his segment starts in the middle of Boyfriend's turn and that red static appears before being dissipated during his segment that he's outright stealing Scourge's turn.
- Adaptational Jerkass: As if Canon Scourge wasn’t enough of a dick, Soul Scourge, having been Killed by Torment, let loose on all his friends, killing them. He also is unwilling to go down without a rematch.
- An Arm and a Leg: Miles and Patch both have one of their arms torn off, while Ovi Kintobor is missing one of his hands and a finger on his other hand.
- Back from the Dead: They were all killed by Torment throughout the mod, but now they're back! It's certainly not pretty, though, as they retain all of Torment's defilements to their bodies.
- Bloodless Carnage: Outside of Miles' Tears of Blood, the trio are surprisingly clean for reanimated corpses.
- Body Horror: Not hard to assume considering they're all dead. Ovi Kintobor takes the cake though; he looks like his corpse was simply reanimated, with his brain visible from inside his eye sockets.
- Empty Shell: Implied with Miles; his vocals are more subdued compared to Patch and Ovi Kintobor, and it's taken literally since there's absolutely nothing inside Patch's mouth and eyeholes.
- Rasputinian Death: Patch died as a result of having his own sword impaled through his torso by Soul Scourge, who was being controlled by Torment at the moment.
- Evil Laugh: Ovi Kintobor does this at the end of his first segment (and several times after) after realizing that not even Torment can stand a chance against Bartholomew.
- Eye Scream: All three are missing their eyes. Miles in particular looks like he had his eyes messily torn out.
- Gross-Up Close-Up: At the start in Miles' segment and at the start of Patch's and Ovi Kintobor's segments, there are minor jumpscares with very detailed drawings of each corpse's face.
- My Brain Is Big: Befitting his original professor status, Ovi Kintobor's defining Body Horror feature is his large exposed brain, protruding through his eyeholes and the crack in the middle of his head.
- Personality Remnant: Compared to Miles and Patch, who are little more than shells of their former selves, Ovi Kintobor retains much of his bombastic and hammy personality, shown through his expressive poses and tendency to let out a laugh at the end of his verses.
- The Quiet One: Miles' part is quieter and more mellow than Patch's and Ovi Kintobor's.
- Undead Child: Miles was killed at only 12 years old.

King S was initially pitched but was scrapped due to a request by Lord X's creator, JoeDoughBoi. He currently has 1scrapped song, namely, "Cyqueers" (B3 Cycles). He was also pitched for another fanmade spinoff, "Vs. Sonic.EXE B3 REMIXED", only for that mod to be cancelled, but is now set to debut in said mod's official reboot, Vs. Scourge.EXE: The Misfits Reborn.
- Adaptational Dye-Job: King S went 2 changes during the mod's development. He went from a dull-orange shadow-quilled EXE known as "Baron S" to the King S he is today.
- Tyrannical Town Tycoon: King S will stop at nothing to expand his kingdom.
- A God I Am Not: Unlike his original counterpart, King S holds no delusions of himself as a god of any kind, but rather a king of the district he inhabits, that is, Moebius Prime. Oh, and he also doesn't believe in gods.
- Flat-Earth Atheist: King S doesn’t believe in the existence of any gods, instead believing that there are only powerful rulers that control the world.
