Friday Night Funkin': B3 Remixed is a Friday Night Funkin' Game Mod created and directed by Biddle3 and co-directed by Degen Dan. It is a full overhaul mod of the main game, featuring remixes of the songs and redesigns of the main characters. In later updates, however, a full story and original songs were implemented.
Shaya Dearest (this mod's iteration of Girlfriend) comes from a long line of rockstar vampires. She introduces her new boyfriend, Bartholomew Bartholomew Bartholomew (or "B3" for short) to her parents, who are less than pleased about it. Will B3 manage to convince his girlfriend’s parents that he is the one for her?

On September 3rd, 2023, Friday Night Funkin' BE “TOO” Remixed was released; a spinoff of B3 Remixed, it sees B3 and Shaya encountering various characters from FNF's modding community such as Whitty and Garcello, all with their own B3 spin.
That same month, Vs. Varoon Guy was released. Another official spinoff of the main mod, it is essentially the B3 remixed version of VS OURPLE GUY.

Friday Night Funkin': B3 Remixed provides examples of:
- Abusive Parents: According to Word of God, Melo regularly runs away from home because he is abused by his parents, and they go so far as to starve him if he doesn't listen to them.
- Adaptational Curves: B3 Daddy Dearest is considerably more muscular in this mod than in the vanilla game.
- Adaptational Gender Identity: In canon, Girlfriend is a cisgender female, while in this mod, Shaya is a transgender female. Her being transgender actually factors into the mod's backstory, as her stress and dysphoria over her father wanting a male heir leads to her running away, meeting B3 soon after; with his support, she transitions into a body she's much more comfortable with.
- Adaptational Sexuality: In his home series, Pico's sexuality is purposefully unknown, as he is considered an Interpretative Character. In B3 Remixed, Pico is explicitly stated to be gay.
- Adaptational Villainy: In Spooky Month, Pump's parents deeply love and care for him, even if they're unintentionally neglectful due to their jobs. Melo's parents, in contrast, are incredibly abusive, with Melo having run away from home multiple times in an attempt to get away from them.
- Adaptation Name Change:
- Boyfriend's name in the original game is... well... Boyfriend. Here, his name is Bartholomew Bartholomew Bartholomew, or "B3" for short.
- Similarly, Girlfriend’s name is now Shaya Dearest.
- Skid and Pump are named Imp and Melo, respectively.
- Adaptation Species Change: In the original FNF, Girlfriend and her parents are demons. Here, Shaya and her parents are vampires.
- Adapted Out: In "Triple B Trouble", Xenophanes, Soul Tails, Soul Knuckles, and Soul Robotnik are replaced by Torment, Zombie Pico, Zombie Pep, and Zombie Mia respectively.
- Age Lift: While Girlfriend is canonically 19, Shaya is 100 years old.
- Contrasting Sequel Antagonist: Pepper Demon, or Pep for short, is different from Monster in every single way. He's a friend of B3 whereas Monster antagonizes BF, he doesn't want to eat B3 or Shaya, and seeks companionship. His song is even titled "Not a Monster".
- Early-Installment Weirdness:
- You'd be forgiven for thinking that the version on Gamebanana is a completely unrelated mod that shares the same name, as it's... quite different than the current version to say the least. There's no original songs, and all of the characters are from the base game, but recolored. Most of the remixes are also different.
- Vs. Sonic.exe is the only mod with songs included in the base mod: all songs based around other mods were later incorporated into their own separate mod set in the same universe, B2 Remixed.
- Face of a Thug: Pep looks creepy and he knows it, with Shaya even being freaked out upon first meeting him, but he's completely friendly.
- Open-Minded Parent: Downplayed with Shaya's parents. While they do end up being supportive of their daughter after she comes out to them, they aren’t so fond of her boyfriend.
- Our Vampires Are Different: Shaya is stated to come from a long line of rockstar vampires, just like her parents. Shaya also shows off her vampire form in the "Bloody Bedtime" week.
- Race Lift: In the original game, Boyfriend and Girlfriend are Caucasian. Here, B3 is Asian (specifically South Korean), while Shaya is black.
- Really 700 Years Old: In the new cutscene before "Dadbattle", Daddy Dearest mentions Shaya to be 100 years old, despite her looking as young as B3.
- World of Technicolor Hair: So far, none of the characters shown in the game has a natural hair color. For example, B3's hair is green, Shaya's is dark pink, and Pico's is a dark red.
