Germa Kingdom
Sanjina
The main character and the cook of the Straw Hats crew.
- Action Girl: She is no doubt a badass fighter.
- Beauty Equals Goodness: To say that Sanjina is beautiful would be an understatement
. - Girl in the Tower: As an alternative to being locked in the basement, Sanjina was locked in a tower in this story.
- Silk Hiding Steel: Sanjina is as classy as she is strong.
- Supreme Chef: Sanjina is one of the, if not the, greatest chefs to ever lived. Her brothers won't argue with that.
- Team Mom
Vinsmoke Reiji
The first and Crown Prince of the Germa Kingdom.
- The Wise Prince: Reiji is the crown prince of Germa and has shown himself to be a reasonable leader. Though he thinks that Ichiji, who is known as the "assistant heir", should be the crown prince instead of him since he has shown himself to be more responsible.
Vinsmoke Ichiji
The intimidating second prince and “assistant heir” of the Germa Kingdom. While Ichiji neve bullies Sanjina, he attempts to make her dependant on him.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Ichiji acts more like a nice guy than his canon counterpart, considering he is much kinder It becomes subverted when it's revealed all a guise to overthrow his father and brother and marry Sanjina.
- Adaptational Villainy: Since chapter 18, he takes a more active role of being the main villain.
- Ambition Is Evil: Ichiji wants the throne and bring the Germa Empire back to its former glory and marrying his sister Sanjina at any cost, even if he has to kill his father and brother.
- Berserk Button: Downplayed. While he won't go to a rage, Ichiji is very irritated when someone refers to him as "assistant heir", reminding him that he won't be able to get the throne since Reiji is the crown prince. There is also anyone, with the exception of his family, getting attached to Sanjina.
- Big Bad Slippage: Ichiji is first seen as Sanjina's caring, thought terrifying older brother. However, as the wedding is getting closer, he starts to slowly reveal his ambition for the throne, his lust for Sanjina, and resentment towards Judge and Reiji.
- Cain and Abel: Ichiji is the Cain to Reiji and Sanjina's Abel. Ichiji tries to get Reiji to be killed so he can get the throne.
- The Evil Prince: Ichiji had Judge and Reiji to be assassinated, though unsuccessful to the latter, by the Big Mom Pirates so he can take the throne and marry Sanjina to be his queen.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While aloof and cold-hearted, Ichiji is a very pleasant person, even though he makes Sanjina uncomfortable.
- Kick the Dog: It seems like to be a theme of his.

Word of God states that during childhood, Ichiji cares about Sanjina but has no problem report her "un-royal" behavior to Judge. - He also (unsuccessfully) tried to get her to be dependant on him and often dismissed her dreams when she was in the tower.
- He tried to get Pudding to drop the marriage, insults him, and calls his family "demented" and "dysfunctional", though he was right about his family. This is before he learns of Pudding's true nature.
- When he sees Luffy and Nami trapped, he took the opportunity to tell them that Sanjina will never return back to the Straw Hats.
- It's implied that Ichiji sent Germa agents to the Baratie to kill Zeff and the other chefs, despite knowing that Sanjina considers them as her family.
- While it's not argued that Big Mom and some of the Charlotte siblings somewhat deserved to be attacked by Germa 66, it's harsh for Ichiji to command the army to kill the Straw Hats and Fire Tank Pirates, both of whom just actually saved his life, and the remaining Charlotte family.
- Then there's when he beats Pudding to near-death as Sanjina begs him to stop in tears.
- So far, Ichiji has little concern about Niji, Yonji, and Cosette's lives when he brings out Germa 66.

- Slasher Smile: At the end of Chapter 17, Ichiji's smile is described to be "bone-chilling" when he meets with Luffy and Nami.
- Spare to the Throne: Ichiji is known as the "assistant heir" and would become the crown prince if Reiji is unable to rule. Reminding him of this seems to irritate him.
Vinsmoke Niji
The aggressive and easily angered third prince of Germa.
- Adaptational Nice Guy:
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: After spending time (and therapy) with Sanjina, Niji has mellowed out to be a decent buy while being somewhat jerkish.
Vinsmoke Yonji
The fourth prince of the Germa Kingdom.
- Adaptational Nice Guy:
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Moreso than Niji.
Vinsmoke Judge
The current king of the Germa Kingdom.
- Abusive Parents: Judge has no love for his daughter seemingly and deemed her to be a failure. He still considers her to be one despite her outmatching Yonji. He also emotionally abuses Niji when he got blind from ruined surgery.
- Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Surprisingly, Judge actually loves Sanjina and considers her as his daughter despite deeming her as "fragile" and a "failure".
- Hate Sink
- Never My Fault: When he worries for the future for Sanjina and her offspring, he blames Sora for drinking the chemical that still inside of their daughter, even though he is at fault for causing her to drink it in the first place.
Cosette
The former head chef turned Lady-In-Waiting for Sanjina.
- Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Downplayed with Niji.
Vinsmoke Sora
The deceased queen consort of the Germa Kingdom, Judge's wife, and the mother of his children. Despite her death 13 years prior, she has a huge role in the story.

Charlotte Family
Charlotte Pudding
The 35th son of the Charlotte Family, Sanjina's groom-to-be and a human-Three Eyed Tribe hybrid. While looking like a shy and gentle young man, Pudding is actually violent and obsessive and he is willing to kill anyone who dares to try to take Sanjina away from him.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Downplayed. While Pudding still a manipulative liar, his feelings towards Sanjina are completely genuine since they first met in Chapter 1.
- Ax-Crazy: Pudding is a violent psychopath due to the abuse he suffered as a child from his family and the citizens of Totto Land.
- Calling the Old Man Out: In Chapter 28, he shot Big Mom without fear in order for her to prevent her from attacking Sanjina.
- Did You Just Punch Out Cthulhu?: Pudding uses his devil fruit to clear up his mother's memory of her sixth birthday. It leaves her to be horrified and leaves her screaming for several seconds before she passed out again.
- Green-Eyed Monster: Pudding gets jealous when anyone talks to Sanjina.

Big Mom
The tyrannical matriarch of the Charlotte Family and the captain of the Big Mom Pirates.
Charlotte Siblings
The siblings of Charlotte Pudding and the children of Big Mom. Most of them are a part of the Big Mom Pirates.
- Badass Family:
- Big Brother Bully: Some of the siblings also bullies Pudding because of his Third Eye.
- Big, Screwed-Up Family: It should be no surprise of how dysfunctional they are.
- Bystander Syndrome: For the ones who don't bully Pudding, they usually stand by and don't do anytime against Big Mom's abuse of him. Though, they regret not helping him years later.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: As immoral as they are, they still love and care for each other.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": This is their reaction when Ichiji bring in the Germa 66.
- Perfectly Arranged Marriage: Word of Saint Paul said that the marriages the siblings have, which are yet to be seen, are happy marriages.
