Anyway, several things happened when we last left off Cody's slaves. The Ham Hams were constantly pitching in more ideas for the party of Cody's dreams, and the cake was crushed by Snoozer, to the fear of everyone else who obeyed Cody and all of these other OriginalCharacters.
We cut to Stan and Cody playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl. After Cody beats Stan, he finds out that he has to get back to his "world". Wait, Cody comes from another planet?!?!? After ensuring Stan he'll come back soon, he evolves into a live action human. Anyway, during this Shirtless Scene, Cody goes to ask his parents if he can come to their party. I'd like to see how he's going to do that.
Meanwhile, at the cave, everything has been set up. However, it is not long at all until Clip Art Bijou notices that Stan and Cody are coming (despite the fact that it looks like they are jumping). After opening the door, a disco ball bursts open with green and blue blobs coming out. Hamtaro then springs out of a box and says "Happy Birthday! Cody." After Cody awes in his dream party, Stock Audio Clip Stan tells everyone to "get this party going".
Hamtaro then tells Cody that he'll always be his "number one fan and number one friend." Heck, they even hug each other! The Self-Insert Fic clichés! IT BURNS!!! I seriously swear, that Ass Pull appeared to only be there to try to make give Cody more attention.
Anyway, Cody decides to cut the cake, doing a Jaw Drop when he realizes how huge his crudely drawn cake is. Even the candles are about as tall as Cody himself. Cody then makes his wish.
Cody: I WISH FOR A KISS FROM PENELOPE!
Yeah, right. We all know that you never get your birthday wish if you say it aloud! Anyway, while inhaling air, during a sequence which is not unlike what you would see on Paper Kirby, Cody blows out the candles. Once the candles are blown, Cody gets exactly what I wish for. You know what that means!

Cody feels proud of living his wet dreams and decides to eat the cake. Of course, because it's so huge, they only managed to eat half of it. Cody then decides to open his presents.
The first present is a Case Closed DVD from Maxwell. Cody asks how Maxwell knew he liked it, and apparently he knows that he used to watch it when it came on Adult Swim. Howdy gives him a copy of You Might Be a Redneck. I find this funny, because Cody IS a redneck! It helps that Cody lives in Mississippi as well. Dexter's gift to him is a pair of Night-Vision Goggles that he made himself. Cody is just as amazed at this fact as I am. Oxnard gives Cody a blue seed, which is apparently very rare but still edible. Of course, Cody gobbles it right up. Panda gives him a homemade camera, being that Cody has wanted one for a long time. After praising Panda for his talent, Cody gets a green visor. For some reason, that is another thing that Cody has always wanted. Boss gives Cody a gourmet carrot, which Cody also gobbles up. And by "gourmet", the animator means "dipped in ranch dressing". In that case, maybe I can make "gourmet" salad just by pouring dressing on it. In that logic, all salads must be gourmet, at least by Cody's definition. Jake then gives Cody some green wristbands because he supposedly works out a lot. Wasn't it made quite obvious earlier that he's a Basement-Dweller? I almost forgot, Jake made these as well. Pashmina gives Cody a huge blue marble that was found on a playground. Bijou gives Cody a Topaz, which Cody also likes because it's his birthstone, and Bijou hugs him for the compliment. Clip Art Sandy gives Stan a microphone because apparently Cody also wants to be in a band. Man, Cody sure has a lot of dreams. After Cody praises Sandy for her talent, they proceed to hug. Penelope then gives Cody a picture of the two of them hugging. Cue this music.
Cody cries tears of joy and gives Penelope another kiss. Stan gives Cody a pair of maracas, which makes Cody's today because he finally has an instrument. Cue more hugging. Geez, can we stop with the hugging of all of these characters with the Author Avatar? This is getting quite old. Finally, Hamtaro gives Cody a picture of himself and the birthday boy. Relationship Sue ahoy! Cody and Hamtaro hug, and the video wraps up with Cody declaring that he's never felt so good, then immediately proclaiming that he wants to play games.
