I'll be honest here; I don't quite like this Manga that much. The reason is simple, and may irritate more than a few people, but it's my opinion, so bare with me: Double Standard: Abuse, Female on Male.
We have our main character, Yuu. He looks like a delinquent to be honest, hard to believe he's bullied. You'd think he'd be one of those misunderstood Face of a Thug types, but he's not. He's your typical, average, non-special MC. He unfortunately meets Megumi Tsujiura and is forced into a fake, and often abusive, relationship with her to "keep the guys away". He's even referred to as bug repellent.
This is where the Manga falls flat, and hard. It's portrayed as perfectly acceptable for this to happen, as well as for laughs. Sure, she starts showing signs of falling for him genuinely later on, but largely still acts the same to him, and her Tsundereness can get irritating and out of hand.
When another girl, (the former Alpha Bitch) appears, falls for Yuu, and undergoes Character Development, the Manga still leans heavily towards Tsujiura as the ideal girl for him to be with. Yuu himself also holds the Idiot Ball a lot in certain situations and in regards to how the girls feel for him and how he feels towards them. It can be painful and irritating to get through these scenes.
The ending itself is unsatisfying for both those who ship Yuu with either girl, and abrupt, though it does end on a lighthearted note and with Yuu realizing how much he and those around him have changed.
Manga Not that good honestly

Except his sister. She never changes, and stays irritating, abusive, and useless. You'll probably end up hating her and no one will blame you.
The REAL stars of the Manga are Shimon and his two lackeys. Go ahead and read the Manga just for them. Everyone will forgive you.
