Quick question about the second Edo era idea. Wouldn't this be set in the Industrial Revolution? I'm just trying to get an idea on how this chapter operates.

Yes, definitely. It's a sort of mixture between the Wild West and Twilight of Edo Chapter, although the Edo Period is only there for one section.

What about the Cowboy portion? The Wild West already covered that. Could we be seeing Gauchos from Argentina in this case?

I'm also curious about how Orwell's fight will go down. Sorry if I'm overloading you with questions, just curious!

Where the protagonist, Senko Wakamono (curiously related to the one from the Kamakura period) ends up in the cowboy section is more likely around the Border between the US and Mexico, somewhere in Texas. The Deuteragonist here is "Big" Jack Finnigan, whose sprites are way similar to that of "Claidheamh Mor" from the Scottish War section. A Tritagonist of sorts would be his French cousin (Finnigan IS Canadian after all) Joseph Midwinter-Finnigan. Other party members include:

  • Rodriguez, a Gaucho from Argentina who's on the run from a particularly vengeful kind of people (the man leading the hit is a man by the name of Diego Ortiz). His story could be focused on after this story.
  • Thomas Hawk, a Badass Native who loves wrestling, but changed his name as to not appear "savage" towards the Americans (he's surprisingly eloquent in both his native and english tongues). Could possibly be related to someone from the tribe during the Native American section.
  • Richter Von Mikrov, a German Pint-Sized Powerhouse who's always carrying a second revolver, because switching to another weapon is always faster than reloading. Partially based off of Dr. King Schultz from Django Unchained.

Senko's starting weapon is actually a measly little Wakizashi that's obviously not gonna work against someone with a gun, but it does work considerably well against men armed with knives and such.

Here's how the battle against Orwell will go down:

Basically, it's a Yakuza style Long Battle, where the crew raids Governor Orwell's office which is heavily guarded, but in one room, it's a safe spot where you can rest, and there's even some rope. The fight proper is something akin to a Cowardly Boss, where Orwell initially starts out at his desk, providing him cover. If he takes enough damage, he will flee to the next zone, the crew giving chase. The next area's somewhere in the hallway. Again, dish out enough damage, and he will flee. Eventually, he'll be in the courtyard, but this time, backed up with reinforcements. Once you finish off the reinforcements, Orwell will shoot down most of your crew, merely incapacitating them, and he will shoot the gun out of Senko's hand. Remember the Wakizashi from before? This is where you use it. Senko will get enough movement points to clear the distance between him and Orwell, and also automatically equip the Wakizashi. Upon reaching Orwell, you have two options:

  • Stab him
  • Hold him

If you stab him, well, it's Exactly What It Says on the Tin. If you hold him, however, Jack will get up, pick up a gun, and walk over to Orwell. Jack will shoot Orwell, but if you grabbed the rope, you can also have him and Senko literally hang him from the balcony. The ending is basically Jack becoming the new Governor of the local town.

That's really awesome! Are there any other chapters you made here overall? If so, which ones did you make?

There's the Kamakura period, and the Scottish War for Independence (before Shinobi moved it to the Braveheart style chapter).

Well, everything looks fantastic! If you want to use Orson for the other Edo Period/Industrial Revolution, I'll be happy to give him to you! To be honest, trying to create a narrative for the Great Depression was really hard. I'm not sure about the narrative itself.

About the Great Depression, the Mafia was prominent there (especially during the prohibition era, which was from 1920 - 1933), and they get involved somehow (perhaps the remnants of Otto Enrico's gang being minor nuisances now that the husband and wife's mafia had taken over?)

Okay, so that story focuses on a hobo riding the rails. Does he owe any money to them in some way?

That Jurassic Park parody brought back ODO. So does he live through this chapter too? Maybe I can make some editions on that part too!

Maybe Otto winds up arrested and he breaks free, or passes down his heritage to his brother, son or grandson. What do you think?

Hmmm...

Otto's gang could've been the reason the hobo became a hobo in the first place. After successfully paying off his debts, the hobo realized he sold EVERYTHING just for the debt. And now, he's got nothing to his name.

So should I ditch the whole traveling circus idea for this chapter? I just want to make sure this and the Roaring 20s don't overlap directly.

Tough decision. One of my possible ideas is simply just have the remnants of the Enrico Mafia scattered about now that their boss is gone, merely as cameos.

I think given the amount of scenarios written so far, this could potentially span into multiple volumes! Maybe some characters might wind up becoming Odio's new hosts for the future. Know what I mean?

But if it's alright with everyone here, would it be alright if I used this page to create an article on Ideas Wiki? Everyone has a lot of great ideas, and I don't want to waste them.

I like how these scenarios are turning up so far! But I'm curious about how some of them will operate. What kind of story does the Renaissance have? As well as that FNAF clone?

And in terms of combat, how would Ophelia's fight go down? I know she's got a cane for this fight, but does she maintain her regular size or what?

I apologize if I'm adding on other details for some scenario ideas without the writers' consent. Everyone has great ideas, but there are some details that kind of have me guessing in some points. But these kinds of stories are worth exploring, so I had to pitch in!
