"Wadanohara: The manga adaptation started on Pixiv."

If it's an adaptation, it can't be Web First.

Web Original is anything that originated on the internet and uses the internet as its primary distribution method. Web First is when a Web Original has been adapted to another medium.

Of interest due to specific circumstances you'll need for something freely available online to be worth commercialising in another format, as well as the peculiarities of some formats such as blogs.

e.g.

Web original: Every blog ever.

Web First: Julie & Julia.

Probably should be expanded from just print media. If/when lonelygirl15 releases onto DVD, it should fit here.
