This was originally created to support a trope, "Dermot Mulroney Syndrome," which has already been cut. Since Garfunkel is the trope closest to the pre-existing meaning of Second Banana, I made the latter a redirect to the former.

No. you make a TRS thread, you don't just change it on your own, particularly when what you made it a redirect to is the complete opposite. The Garfunkel is present but considered irrelevant. The Second Banana is second in importance only to the star.
