Chloe Grace Moretz? Especially noticeable in Carrie, since that's pretty much every time she smiles(which was only so often, given who she was portraying).

When I got on this page, my first idea was actually "Why isn't it a picture of Konata?" So I personally agree that it should be.

Never heard of that term. Maybe it isn't.
Since this is an english-speaking wiki however, it doesn't really matter. It's the term in english that it's named after.
