Removed this:
- Hagrid in the Harry Potter series, as well as his boarhound, Fang.
Hagrid is, at worst, a Cowardly Lion and far closer to Gentle Giant than this trope. The one time we actually see him fight (in Order Of The Phoenix), it takes an entire squad of law enforcement wizards to bring him down. It's not that Hagrid can't fight so much as he never really gets the chance (recall during the Battle of Hogwarts, he gets dragged off by giant spiders.)
