Should government agencies when the government itself is fictional actually count? It seems like Star Trek, Star Wars, and other science fiction or fantasy settings where the governing body isn't related to any real-world governments shouldn't be listed here.

Is my page image accurate to the trope? It's a fictional government agency that operates very similar to some real life agencies. I'm hoping this contribution of mine is appreciated.

What exactly IS this trope about? By the description and examples it appears to be "any government agency portrayed in any way other than strict accuracy," which is People Sit On Chairs.
