Considering how much this gets referenced in other fictional works, it seems to me we should have a page for it. That's beyond my capability to build right now, but if someone else has the time, it'd be cool.

Do we really need those extra two bits at the start of its binary form? It's kind of like writing it as 0042 in base 10: still technically correct, but superfluous and kind of ugly to look at. Nothing says it has to be written as a full byte.
