That would fit Species Surname more than anything else, since "Snuffleupagus" is the name of his species. Also, that's not really a retcon if he had no given first name at first.

It's really funny, since the "Mr." part often implies a surname, like "Mr. Whiskers". Like Mr. Whiskers' full name from Brandy & Mr. Whiskers is "Van Whiskers". Also, it'd be funny if someone named their pet Doctor [insert name here]. Like if I had a cat named Dr. Tickles. But "Tickles" is actually his first, with his full name being "Tickles Wolfgang Green Esquire". So yeah, "Doctor Tickles Wolfgang Green Esq."

Leftover questions not answered in ykttw before launch:
- Would Mr. Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street count, do you all think? He's not a pet, and after his family showed up he was renamed into Aloysius Snuffleupagus, "Snuffy" to his friends.
- Literature: Noboru Wataya from The Wind Up Bird Chronicle is named after the protagonist's brother in law.
- Random Surfer asks: what if anything does "Noboru Wataya" mean? If it's not "Mr. Smith" or some such, I don't think it counts.
