Per TRS, lolicon is now Comedic Lolicon.
This page simply says a lolicon is a pedophile; it doesn't say that it's one specifically attracted to young girls. However, it seems like that's what it is, based on the laconic description, the quotes, and the contrast with shotacon (which is for young boys). I couldn't add that lolicon is only for girls because the page is locked, however. Is there an admin or someone who can do that?
