What's the difference between this and Road Runner vs. Coyote? It seems to be a case of The Same But More Specific and the examples are not helping either.

This is not a good title. It's non-indicative (nothing about predators or prey at all), it's Fan Myopia, the trope namer doesn't even seem to be an example (I don't think humans/dogs and pigeons are natural enemies), it's dialog, and... well, I think that's enough.
