Doctor Strange isn't really an example. The description makes it sound like this if for characters who are worthless without the Ao CA. (The description starts with "Man, this guy really sucks, are you sure he's the real hero? I mean look at him, he couldn't kill a half-brained ferret if his life depended on it." and the Laconic version is "This thing is the source of all your powers. Better not lose it.") Meanwhile, Strange is awesome even without his magic doodads (his example entry even admits that he "typically doesn't need these".)
I'd just straight up delete his entry, but he's also the page image so it seems like there's some fixing needed.

- Except that she, you know, has more character development than everyone else combined, transitioning from an emotionless girl who hates humans because of the cruelty they inflict on each other to a devout and loyal friend who literally dies saving countless women and children from torture and rape, killing the men who enslaved and abused them in the first place, killing the man who enslaved and raped HER, and restoring life to the dead planet.

- It is not implied that fake lacrymas are stronger at all. Luxus is a lot stronger mage than Natsu and Gazille so it's logical that the effects of his lacryma would be really strong thanks to his great magical strength. But the fight against Cobra (where his massive snake was bringing some major support as both a fighter/flight provider and a power-up source thanks to its poison - both major factors in his temporary advantage in the fight) showed a possible shortcoming of fake dragon-slayers: aside from the elemental abilities they lack the actual knowledge and secret abilities of a dragon-trained dragon slayer, in that case the dragon roar that Natsu used (that has the same potency that an actual dragon roar)

- MOST, but not all. Vice of the Red Lanterns is a subversion - he's got two nice spikes on his face.
- Hannu, still a Green Lantern, is known for not actually using his ring. He's just that awesome without it. Hal Jordan seems to be a bit worried; the day Hannu uses his ring is the day they're all in really deep trouble.
- Just to clarify, Hannu relies on his ring for the basic essential stuff like flight and forcefields around him, but he relies on his brute strength in combat.
- GL Sodom Yat is a Daxamite. So basically he's Superman before he even puts on the ring.
- And then there's Mogo.
Not sure about the Iron Man example. Without his armour, Tony Stark is just ... the man who built the armour. In a cave, from a box of scraps. And can and will build more armour if given the slightest opportunity. Tony's "superpower" is being a Gadgeteer Genius, the armour is just how he expresses this.
