Since Viz Media is redubbing the entire series, you should put whether something is from either the 90's Di C dub, or the 2014 Viz Media Dub.

Also, I think it would be nice to put folders to divide which series the funny moment is from. (i.e. folder for the first series, for Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, etc.)

Yep, definitively do that (the foldering). The page is already a bit long so a folderizing does help.
