Re: The example of Luke being Alleged Lookalikes with Pewdiepie:
Alleged Lookalikes is for in-universe examples only. The only reason I have not removed it is because this is starting to become an edit war.
That being said, if no one manages to convince me that there is an in-universe comparison between Luke and Pewdiepie (the latter of which presumably does not exist in the Walking Dead-verse) within three days, I will remove the example.
As a side note, I'm not sure that Nick qualifies as an Alleged Lookalike of Kenny. While there are many similarities between the two (in both appearance and personality) the comparison has not been mentioned in universe as of yet. Nick probably does count as a Suspiciously Similar Substitute of Kenny though.
Hide / Show RepliesAt this point mods probably need to be hollered for just to make sure they can step in if this escalates any further. But all things considered this is pretty clear misuse.
It's been three days with no one defending the contested examples. I shall remove it. If I see someone restore the example without going to discussion, I'll notify the moderators.
Just to head off any arguments; the official policy as per Handling Spoilers is that trope names are not to be spoiler-ed period. So yes this will spoil a lot of things, but I've been paying attention to Ask The Tropers enough to see that people have been getting suspended over this.
Edited by 27.33.67.126No matter what, Danny is a rapist- they said his victim was fifteen years old. Even if she said "yes", she was not legally able to consent to sex with him, as he is obviously at least 20 years old.
Hide / Show RepliesWhen people think of rape, stereotypically they're thinking of the violent kind, not the statutory kind. That seems to be what Julian is getting at anyway.
Considering the length, I think the page needs to be split, although I'm not sure what the best way to do so is. I think the best option would be pages for Player Characters, Season 1 Characters, and 400 Days / Season 2 Characters. There would be no spoilers for any Season 1 events on the Season 2 character page to make things easier. Does anybody else have other ideas? If not, I'll split the page soon.
Hide / Show RepliesNot too sure about lumping 400 Days with Season 2, as it is an add-on to Season 1 (at least in terms of the iOS version). I would hold off until the next episode comes out and introduces more characters before splitting, just to give that page more content to justify it being separate.
My thinking for adding the 400 Days to Season 2 was that since none of those characters appear in Season 1, but will be in Season 2, it would simply make more sense to have them there.
Here's an example I just cut;
- Ungrateful Bastard: An option is to share food with him. Clem tries to give him some but he knocks the can out of her hand and tries to eat it all himself. When Clem picks it up, he proceeds to attack her, forcing her to defend herself and kicking him into some broken tent poles. Your allowed the option to just leave him there to suffer in agony for this.
I cut it because I don't think it counts. Sam is a starving dog, badly malnourished, and more importantly can't grasp human concepts such as gratitude. He doesn't seem the gesture as "let's share", his thought process is "starving, food, food gone, give it back." As any dog owner will tell you, even a trained dog can get feisty when you mess with it's food.
Or to sum it up, taking human concepts and trying to apply it to a dog just doesn't work.
Am i the only one who thinks Ben is a designated monkey. i mean the trailer for episode 2 clearly shows him shooting at walkers and yet the writers seem to just make him cowardly and always let him hold the idiot ball. poor kid
Our picture of Omid has the California flag backwards. Are we mirroring the image or is it like that in game?
Can I unspoiler things from Season 1 Episode 2 and before?
