So, unless one has tropes to go along with a character they want to add and/or the character is actually Looping, do not add them/their series until they do.

I was wondering if this would fit Kim Possible's entry: Berserk Button: Doesn't take kindly to having her Baseline struggles brushed aside casually. Because in 19.9, she wasn't happy with Lelouch stating that her Rogue's gallery were jokes.

Go ahead and put it up if you want, it's not like the fic compiler can actually control what gets posted here even as much as he likes to think he can. The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours is in full effect, after all.

There's also this: Guideline Eight: No recurring OC's or SI's - it's hard enough for readers and other writers alike to keep track of the literal thousands of fictional characters floating about the place at any given moment, many of them practically INO-Sues already, without throwing in fan-fictional characters to muddy things up even further. This especially applies to looping OC's and SI's.
