Polly's disease
Not sure if Typhoid Mary fits him, and the thing about Skurvy no longer owning Polly being good for his own sake might probably isn't factual either, as Polly states that he feels like he's been "kicked and keelhauled", ie:he is affected by Kong Bongo Gone Wrongo, it just isn't fatal for him; implying that he got the disease between whatever episode he last appeared in before "Speak No Evil, Dude" and "Speak No Evil, Dude"
