I think that the Cards are the problem here (which is oddly appropriate, considering the series' premise XD). But I like those split suggestions.

I was also thinking if we should put the characters introduced in Clear Card at Characters.Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card?

I noticed that the character images were changed to their designs in the Clear Card Arc and I was wondering if that's the right call since most people tend to remember the characters as they were in the original series. Maybe we should include images from both the original series and Clear Card (while putting Clear Card art under notes when appropriate)?

Ran this through a byte counter and it's 238k+ bytes. While a split isn't necessary until the page gets the 'too long' warning, it's a good time to start discussing potential ways to chop up the page.
How about something like...
- Main Characters - Sakura, Syaoran, Kero, Tomoyo + any additions?
- The Cards (it's a very long section)
- Other Characters - Humans (family members, school friends, one shot characters)
- Other Characters - Magical Beings
