Yeah, I have yet to see anything of the sort in-game. The only reference to NCR I\'ve seen is in Kellogg\'s backstory and Nick\'s notes on the Mysterious Stranger, and the only time the Mojave seems to be mentioned is when Jack Cabbot says he wants to go there.
