The entry, at best, was weird and completely lacked context and going by the trope page it seems that the trope is very specific about physical strength which would deffo disqualify Wanda and possibly Marvel depending on how you interpret her powers.

I also thought physically Hulk is the strongest. Power is relative I guess? I mean in energy Marvel takes it. Potential destruction Wanda and her reality bending takes it. But in versitilty with a good mix of above Thor.

I mean I can certainly rewrite/expand the entry to differentiate the whole power/physical strength thing, but that reason regarding Carol supposedly only being able to stop Thanos because she supposedly absorbed the Gauntlet's power is pure fan fiction without any base in reality.

Your right that's fanfic like reasoning. I mean I suppose you could take to discussion but a rewrite does seem needed.
